No, that isn't the only place. There is a specialty involved with the "armpit" scar and the umbilical... do your research on the doctor, then figure out placement. I'm getting mine done in April, and I'm going to have a scar under my breast. The only time it's noticeable is of course when it's a fresh or if you are making a video from behind.
