If people would just stick to the standard stock, magazine, bayonet and in the Yugo's case, standard grenade launcher, they'd be so much better.
I'd like a regular one with a fixed magazine and the origonal wooden stock with no modifications. Russian weopons have always had the 3 S's solid, straight foward, and simple. And I like to keep mine that way. All I have for my AK47 is a sling, cleaning kit, bayonet, and a PK-AS red dot sight.
I got it for $275, they're wonderful rifles, easily the best of the SKSs, but they aren't the cheapest. You could probably get a Romanian one for less if you shop around.
I don't want to mess with the look of it I like them the way they are. I also have an M91/30 the video is on my channel if you want to take a look at it. I can hit 150 yards all day with as long as the bayonet is on. iron sights work fine for me.

Very nice Nagant by the way, those laminated stock rifles are beautiful, and a bit more desirable than the standard, hardwood stocks. And no it's not the original stock, unless your rifle was made in the 50s. When they were rearsenaled in the 50s and 60s some of them were given new laminated stocks.

The first rifle I ever bought was an SKS. I like it alot, however there are always the AK crowd that disdains the SKS.
