  • It's pretty red. It's as red as my optima red top battery. Install didn't suck but it wasn't as cut and dry as it could have been. Not impossible. Just be ready to drill new holes in the battery tray because you WILL need to move it toward the wheel well a little bit.

  • Is it more orange than red? Cause on the website it looks a little orange and i want it to be red. Just scared about that

  • I have the same setup as you do. The hardest part in this process to me was getting the silicon hose that attaches to the turbo to go on, that is a HARD angle. And then you have to loosen up the wiring harness brackets to get some play to put the TIP in. Install sucked!

  • Thanks for the good information! I was debating whether to get this intake and you have pretty much helped me decide to go ahead with my purchase.

  • Sorry CoBB tuning turbo inlet pipe is $180. So with the Short ram puts it over $360. And their TIP is silicone. So for Over $360 Cobb Tuning gives you a cone Filter and a Flowstack, Which would costs you about $30 from BPi. And 2 Bent sections of Silicone hose. Not even a CNC machined MAF Housing.

  • I do my own oil changes... What am I going to do bring them parts store receipts?

  • I wish my '07 had that many miles. I'm at 65k. :(

FYI- My turbo started smoking just at 59k. I took it in and got it replaced rather easily. Just had to show proof of oil changes.

You may want to hold onto the stock parts just in case. I had just an AEM CAI, but that turbo inlet pipe may cause concern.
