na your training wrong ! every one has different goals and i dont know what yours are so i cant answer your question properly ... but to build lean muscle and allow best rest for other muscles to repair and grow you should be training split days eg . monday chest triceps tuesday day off ( optional ) wed shoulders you get the drift ,.. im super lean with abs and lean muscle i train x6 a week hit EVERY muscle twice a week hard if your intensity and motivation aint there then quit

Now do not get me wrong but I've been looking on Google for many healthful & effective excess weight loss diet program plan and I discovered this unknown eating plan referred to as DietOramy - I am following the routine laid out and I am experiencing a number incredible achievements, and I am nevertheless consuming same as before, without hunger, just slightly different food...
I tried some of the points mentioned here, but I have to point out that absolutely nothing compares to DietOramy food regimen in terms of wellness and fat burning - search google, there is lots of no cost material...
@DarkSideZombie0 Brown rice is better. You can do some search on google. Brown rice is basically white rice with the brown cover washed away. It doesn't really matter though. If you can't eat brown rice, then just stick with white rice. As long as you work out right and keep a note on your diet and calories intake, you will be in shape :)
@ducthinh2412 I think you will find it matters a whole bunch. White rice is refined (starch) and therefore far less nutritious. Brown rice is natural and whole grained. It contains all the goodness you need from rice. The brown rice will aid your digestion, whereas white rice will simply bloat you. You say it is the same thing, it aint! Through the process of getting rid of the whole grain value, it becomes a starch. AVOID!

It's true that brown rice is perfect if you wanna get in shape fast, but if you know how to eat right, exercise right AND keep a note on your calorie intake, you would still be able to achieve your fitness goal. White rice is just a form of sugar, in other words energy, so eating plenty of it pre-workout (this is what I mean by eating right) will give you the power to lift better.
@nicholask95 I agree the egg yolk is meant to be eaten with egg white, the organic chemical structure makes it balance out when you eat them both. The egg whites are made very inorganically so I don't really like them. If they want to make eggs healthier to eat, they should eat eggs boiled. But they look jacked and ripped, but they might have different body types.
@nicholask95 Egg whites are incredibly high in cholestoral and have not nutrition in them, egg whites have no saturate fats and are high in protein :)
@Shaga9712 I think it would kind of depend on how much you've grown already. I mean if you're like 6 foot tall, i wouldn't worry about it to much. But if your only 5 foot, i would go a little easier on the heavy workouts.

Most important thing in this is FORM!!!! Form can make or break you if you starting out.... 2 to 3 weaks of bad form will create trigger points that can make it very uncomfortable to exercise then eventually injury... (my personal experience)

Allright, so i need this anserd. I have been working out for 15 months exactly. Im 14.5 years old. 15 months ago, i did 50lb bench and 40lb curl, low reps and high weight for me. Now is what i do.
135lb bench- 8 sets or 20 reps
80lbs triflew pushdown- 10 sets of 10
90lbs curl"both hands"- 2 sets of 50 sitting---5 sets of 20 standing
110lbs ab crunch- 5 sets of 30
I use a Marcy 980 home gym, i play football and wrestleing, in cvery good shape, and i have an intense cardio workout, "continued"
I cant even motivate myself to start any type of workout in the first place.. everytime I try hard, i feel like spewing up after sometime.. :( gahh wish i had the motivation

@HomieFilms you wouldnt brother... for definition you do endurance training (12-15 reps 1-2 sets and <30 sec rest intervals) look up ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and get some good advice from ppl with degrees who actually do studies on how the human body reacts to training... 6 or less reps is for strength with minimal bulking and actually if they did 8-12 reps they would see far better results in (hypertrophy) Mass gain
Is it true that cardio has a lot to do with getting abs?
I've read up on sites and some books that practically everyone has abs, its just a matter of losing the body fat to have them more exposed?

@ska8er4myholelife to a point lifting wont stunt your growth but it has been proven if you go way to heavy, you can injure your back etc and stunt your growth, basically just gotta be careful and know what your doing
@megaultrasupergamer9 It depends on how much you do. Working on your abs probably wont, but if youre gonna do serious body building at youre age it will stunt your growth. Most important thing in this is FORM!!!! Form can make or break you if you starting out.... 2 to 3 weaks of bad form will create trigger points that can make it very uncomfortable to exercise then eventually injury... (my personal experience)

Allright, so i need this anserd. I have been working out for 15 months exactly. Im 14.5 years old. 15 months ago, i did 50lb bench and 40lb curl, low reps and high weight for me. Now is what i do.
135lb bench- 8 sets or 20 reps
80lbs triflew pushdown- 10 sets of 10
90lbs curl"both hands"- 2 sets of 50 sitting---5 sets of 20 standing
110lbs ab crunch- 5 sets of 30
I use a Marcy 980 home gym, i play football and wrestleing, in cvery good shape, and i have an intense cardio workout, "continued"

@HomieFilms you wouldnt brother... for definition you do endurance training (12-15 reps 1-2 sets and <30 sec rest intervals) look up ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and get some good advice from ppl with degrees who actually do studies on how the human body reacts to training... 6 or less reps is for strength with minimal bulking and actually if they did 8-12 reps they would see far better results in (hypertrophy) Mass gain

Is it true that cardio has a lot to do with getting abs?
I've read up on sites and some books that practically everyone has abs, its just a matter of losing the body fat to have them more exposed?
I'm having a bit of dilemma here though, I've been working out and have gained some mass around my shoulders and arms, but I want results on the abs, but I'm too scared to do cardio because I've read that it can cause me to lose that mass.. is it true?

If you want to go for the package, by all means, it's a product. Getting mad is just stupid, these guys are doing people a favour. That's like yelling at a shop for putting something on the shelf. Thanks for the tips man, iv'e been working out for about 7 years and I started out doing compund workouts until I got strong enough to perform isolation workouts. I had no idea that what I was doing wasnt very beneficial. I saw some results in my workouts but nothing drastic like I wanted, this vid makes way more sense as to how to workout so thak you! :]
