to get actual names for rosters, you go to xbox live, Ea Sports Locker, Download Roster, then typee in the Gamertag EASCNCAA10 then you get the names.(Remember to save the file the load it again for the names)

the new "perspective view" in player lock doesn't happen if your playing two player against another person. So what's the point of having it if it only works half the time?

why in NCAA dont have the players name?

its illegal, one reason its will reverse one of the NCAA/EA rights rule where they will have to pay the players for their name. and their is over 10,000+ players in NCAA...thats alot of money

another reason for the simple fact EA aint spending extra time naming every player in NCAA (well 1-A schools) der lazy...

yeah, you can go to "Team Management", then "Rosters" or something, and there's an auto-name option somewhere in there. I haven't got it memorized. But what I do is auto-name them, but then I go through and name the ones that I do know with their real names

Certain teams don't have the names on the jersey. Or do you mean why are players called WR #5 and such? If the second, I honestly have no idea. Madden always has it, I can't understand why NCAA doesn't.

they cant put there names on them in college, technically, the people in the NCAA games don't exist, but they do match up to real people, sorry if u don't quite get what i mean.

because the players arent getting payed for the use of their names. Which makes it against the law. Which is also why they dont sell jerseys with the names printed on the back.

WELL SAID...I MET TWO OF THE GAME DESIGNERS FOR 2K SPORTS. We played college football (NAIA SMALL DIVISION) against each other. And that is the difference. EA's game designers are fat and un-athletic geeks and nerds who have never played any sports and creates a games based on graphics, animation and simulation....2K FOOTBALL GAMING IS BASED AND DEEPLY ROOTED IN REALISTIC GAMEPLAY!!!!!! Hey NCAA developers, did David Ortiz come over to your team this year? I could have sworn I've seen a football developing team waste their time on pointless-features as apposed to the raw gameplay before.. oh yeah, that was the Madden team of the last 3 years (before Ian Cummings) that failed horribly. HOpefully you all catch up next year so that you aren't filling this game with stupid perks. I definietly will not be buying NCAA this year.
