How to Increase Restoration Easily in Skyrim

A better approach would be

1) enchant a gear set with as much magic regeneration as possible.

2) Make a helm that causes restoration to cost less.

3) Find a weak set of enemies and let them constantly hit u and use a weak heal until u need to wait for recharge. (This is why u need to make a high regen set)

As you reach higher levels it will require the use of more expensive casts, your high regen should compensate for this.

i forgot to mention that u need to attack the atronach three times in order to make it hostile or else the skills will not be raised. this works for any of the magic schools that need a hostile target around to raise the skill.

you do the equilibrium technique and get you skill to about 50 go to the college and purchase any of the restoration skills that make a circle. any of them will do. then conjure an atronach in the hall of elements(preferably here because the pillars offer good cover) and just spam those until u level up. these gain a lot more experience towards ur restoration skill than the low level ones. and dont forget to take the mage stone as it will allow you to level ur skills faster than normal.

Guys I have an amazing way to train Sneak, 1 Handed, 2 Handed, Archery, Destruction, Conjuration & Sneak quickly:

1. Use the Flame Atronarch Spell, which is Conjuration (If you dont have it, you can buy from the Court Wizard in Dragonsreach)

2. Get your weapon of choice e.g Bow if training Archery etc

3. Crouch down until it says you are hidden and start attacking your Flame Atronarch

This will get XP for sneak and which ever Combat Skill you are training

I found a way that levels your restoration, light armour and heavy armour quite fast at the same time, if you've done the quest so you can pass them gates without taking damage, if you keep going until you find the frost troll you can keep running around, letting him hit you and constantly healing yourself, when you get low on magic theres a spot in the rocks where he can't attack you, or use ice form shout when you're out of magic :)

there is another method get a equalizer spells and get any healing spell the equalizer converts your HP to MP while the healing converts MP to HP this will cancel the effects of both spells and this will also increase alteration thumbs out so people can see

I use the other stone, which makes the training of destruction 20% easier, but I think I'll change to this, since this is more useful, because I use magic almost all the time, it's slow anyway at level 77 (my magicka is 400 withouth any bonuses, and I've the arch-mage's robe, which gives 50+ magicka, and magicka regenerates 100% faster :D:D)

You dont even need the atronach blessing, equip 2-3 items that give you extra magicka (I have 3, 120 total magicka), and quickly unequip them / equip them when your magicka reaches 0.

On pc you can assign numbers to your gear, I only need to press quickly "678678" and my magicka bar is 50% full again

Equilibrium is an Alteration spell that can be found on the "The Staff of Magnus" quest at the college of WInterhold, it is located within the Labyrinthian.

One hand use the spell "Equilibrium"

Other hand use your healing spell, I use "Fast Healing" or "Close Wounds". Yes, they're expensive in magicka but you'll see where I'm going with this.

Cast "Equilibrium" and hold it down. It turns your health into magicka giving you damage. Then just heal yourself up. You just grind all the way to 100 with no waiting for your magicka to replenish.

You can also power level you Conjuration to 100 by spamming the spell "Soul
