What this guy said x loads! You have a good voice, but this song needs REAL passion in the delivery, not artifice or decoration: You have to really grasp the meaning of the lyrics & the utter desperation behind them!

the haunting shrill of a siren you have... (meaning your voice will surely bring boats off course to see where the voice is coming from)... all I have come to know in a good Irish tune...
I actually prefer your voice to Cara Dillon's, and that's saying something. You must record!
