Basically. Their just reincarnations. i think u can call it the second season. it does have stuff to do with kannazuki no miko. i hear ppl recommend it but i got a bit frustrated with the begining.

Kyoshiro to towa no sora. It is somewhat of a sequal-esque anime. Chikane and Himeko incarnations from another life are in it as Kaon and Himiko. The anime is terrible, and Kyoshiro is a contemptible little pedophile, though Kaon and Himiko are darling in it. They don't appear all that often in the series, but the rest is so terrible I'd advice just skipping to the parts with them in it.
