when i launch that virtual pc on virtual box IT GETS BSOD on virtual pc its fine O_O

Did you install it in Virtual PC first? If so, the drivers are to blame; they are trying to find a graphic card/network card etc. that isn't there.

lol....windows owned itself - epic, thats never happened to me, i installed win2k using VPC 2007, and it was ok. tried 98 though and the beast awoke......Kneel Before BSOD XD

Upgrade to XP or if you prefer, Windows 98. Windows 2000 is one of the worst operating systems of all time, so I've heard.
