@NSOMH Yeah when I took my first acid trip with 4 of my close friends. Half way though it we started taking about drugs in general. I found out that my friend tried acid just to see things and stuff like that. I tried it because i anted to see the world andlife in a different perspective. And it changed me for the better good.

The cultural conditioning now, is even worse then in the 1950 and 1960 when I was socially conditioned. 1966 my first LSD Large dose LSD once every 2-6 weeks while doing long term fasting and single pointed meditation, over a two year period, much of the time in seclusion.

The misapprehension about this today is even worse then in the 60's. Not all people used LSD properly in the 60's and that's even more true today.

usually that class was very somber and uneventful, but that day we broke out into a classwide conversation about life and what the books we were reading were supposed to mean to us.

The community of marijuana smokers enjoy seeing life in an optical perspective without the risky dangers of other strong drugs. Acid with flashbacks can cause much panic for people and will choose to not take the drug.

As an order, marijuana is the least dangerous, but provides a decent alternative view of the matters in life that do not make sense.

IMHO you didn´t get what the Dean is saying at all. "That dialogue is no longer alive and well". Society has indeed changed so much and in some ways for the worst, less and less people are even remotely interested in the "spiritual" reach of these substances. Timothy Leary may have been a fool, but nowadays you don´t even get 1/2 of a Leary. Nobody even cares. That is not to say everyone has to be "spiritual", but the ones interested in that matters should be allowed to experiment freely.

As for certain drugs not being able to 'fit' on blotters. You could get any molecule to rest in a blotter... more easily water/ethanol soluble ones. The thing with blotters is though that only very small amounts of the substance can be stored, thus meaning that there are only a few drugs in which an active dose can be stored in a single piece of blotter paper.

Also, AMT, alpha-methyltryptamine, and 5-MeO-AMT, 5-methoxy-alpha-methyltryptami­ne, are different things - just to prevent confusion.

We know what "fit" means. I referenced both 5-meo-amt because that is more commonly found on blotter. However, I read an account in which someone actually died from an AMT overdose in which the doses were on blotter and the investigators could see visible crystals. Look I can write big words!!!

I don't understand how [th eguy] can say LSD is polluted with speed. LSD is active in doses round 50 micrograms and fits several times on a 5*5mm piece of paper. Speed is dosed around 10mg which is 200 times more than that of LSD.. try to disolve that onto a tiny bit of paper! The little you'd get on there would have hardly any effect. In my opinion.

Interesting... "dirty acid" is actually DOB or DOM most likely. It can be 5-MeO-AMT but that's in the mg dosage so you'd see precipitated crystals on the paper. People are misinformed. It's hard to tell a hippy with 5000 doses under his belt there is no strychnine on his paper. DOB is a substituted amphetamine though. Info purposes only.
