  • So glad you are doing well, this information has taught me so much I have a dear friend who got a new liver on Christmas Day last year at the Mayo Clinic, Im sad to say his lab work from two weeks ago was not good news however we are praying hard for him. God Bless you, Ian.

  • Hi lan, thank you for your efforts to help others including me. I wish for your recovery to be steady and quick. Im on a waiting list myself and i feel weak most of the time. last year i could lift my wife up over my head. Now i cant lift a gallon of milk. I'm losing all my muscle.

I am hoping you could message me about the condition of your body and mind just after your procedure. Thank You. adennadiv@gmail.com

She has pain on the side of her liver (mild and its around the bruise) and after pain meds she feels better. I'd like to talk to you more about your experience during the early stage of post transplant. Please message me if you can.l Thank you

  • Have been good. No longer have Pbc. Good to see you are doing well. I'm doing the Manchester 10k run on Sunday May 15th also one year on to my transplant.

  • Hi Ian. I had a liver transplant nearly a year ago. I had Pbc an auto immune disease. I was 33 when I had my transplant. It been an extremely tough year and have experienced a huge amount of pain. But all results

  • II watched your video..the prograf did not work for me. The tremors were to much, and i then went onto Rapamune only. I refused to take the Neoral another anti rejection with it as i did horrible on it. I am in my 5 year of transplant ...no rejection at all...never! I am thankful for my choice of only staying on the Rapamune. I also have Hep C, Hemmochromatosis, and cirrohosis..low platelets. My donor was a perfect match, i am 56 now and Hep C is at -0-. I wish you all the best.

  • wish you all the best Ian

  • Thank you for sharing your battle with us. I have added the link to your blog on Janis and Friends Hepatitis C website and blog.
