  • This qigong shd be done with left and right sides. Due to time, some of the exercises shown only one side. This qigong has 3 levels, these exercises are for maintaining healthy and speed recovery. 2nd level is increasing the qi power for external healing, power in the tan tien, etc. thru' zhang chuan, 3 tan tien rotation, compressing qi, etc. 3rd level is how to do external healing. In the older days, when he learns this qigong, we have to promise our teachers that we will use it to heal people.
