I've been learning Japanese for a few years, this is what I understood:

The girl is the daughter of the guy talking. She is constantly saying "I'm scared. I'm scared." The father is saying "What is that? It's weird isn't it?" constantly, and when the girl gets really scared he tells her "What is that? Something's coming out from it, amazing isn't it?"

Both the father and daughter think it might be a rocket in the video, which is why the daughter is so scared and keeps saying she is scared.

certainly an intelligently piloted vessel UFO would not be my first thought due to the debris trail, rather something more terrifying a possibly life ending comet or asteroid would be my first thought, or even an inter-continental ballistic missile? The change in direction could have been due to gaseous explosions as the comet / asteroid breaks apart, the suspense of your possible demise would be unbearable knowing of no tool capable of deflection of such an object what ever its composition.
