So many emotions. It's amazing to see these two from the pilot up until the latest episode(5x16). They really were 5 years in the making. Blair finally admitted she has feelings for Dan. My OTP is perfect it hurts so much. <3

@RothCirce Just continue your Gossip Girl journey. Dan and Blair have the most amazing build-up. It's nice to see them from the pilot up until the latest episode. Chair(Chuck and Blair) was(and maybe still is) really a big deal, but try to swim beneath the surface. Dair was five years in the making. You'll see. Thing I found interesting? Blair's biggest relationship is with her mother. It's the root of her inferiority complex. So it's funny that Chuck has no real scenes with Eleanor, while Dan has not only had subplots with he,r but is also the one whose actively encourages Blair to confront her mother about their issues. The best scenes Blair has with her mother usually has some sort of Dan involvement.

Is it just me or anybody else wanted to strangle Serena? I mean how can't she not see her own best friend felt insecure with her around? "How do you tell your best friend that?' Well Dan just did, and he was a stranger at the time, and he succeeded brilliantly.

@lilkittycrazie Serena barely tries with Blair. There are people saying that it was out of character for Blair to call Dan instead of Serena when running away from her wedding. Did they forget how Serena kept putting her career in front of Blair while Dan was always trying to be a good friend? All the times Blair needed Serena and she wasnt there. Serena BARELY made it to the bachelorette party and she's her best friend? Hmph.

First of all - Leighton Meester is a really good actress!!! Like really.

Second - Isnt it interesting that even though Blair and Dan didnt like each other for 3 season... they had things in common RIGHT from the begining and it was Dan who managed to cheer her up

Third - the chemistry... oh gosh the chemistry (eventhough I guess it is save to say that Leighton has chemistry with everyboy - I refer to point 1 :)) and the last scene on the roof - it looked like B was Dans love interest and not S

@jenny84sk ITA with point one Leighton is like the best acting but i would add so is penn...what i like the most about him is that whenever he acts (specially this scene) is like he is actually talking to you, like a normal conversation, with the pauses, when he stutters...it doesnt seem force at all, u can totally buy what he says, doesnt seem acting, but real life...thats the best of Dair, their scenes are so natural and fluent...these 2 are the best of the show right now i need season 5 dair!

It's interesting that when Dan and Serena finally arranged their date it was Blair who agreed on Serena's behalf and when Serena hugged Dan, he looked at Blair first... Wonder if it was supposed to mean something? :-) To us Dair shippers, I'm sure it did!

OK, so I may comment twice on some... but it's cause I think that when Dan says "believe it or not, I actually came here myself" he's actually saying it as much for Blair as for him.

And after all his comments on how bad Blair was, Rufus' words definitely resonated. They didn't like each other, or anything, and yet, there they were...

And it's funny how he barely even knew her and yet knew exactly what to say...

These scenes are so perfect, I could over analyse them forever!

I remembered it was the episode that I thought Dan and Blair could have been together or some though of me wanted them to be a couple.

It was a really great scene.

And if Dair happen, it will be epic, just Epic !!!

also the writer is just a genius if Dair happen.

This is really adorable. One of the many reasons I love Dair is cause Dan never gives up on her, and is there for her, even when hes the last person shed expect.
