  • Besides your great skill with the KBs...your choice of music was awesome. Most people put shock rock in their videos and it distracts from them; whereas your music created a laser focus on you and your movements. I'm creating a blog to promote everything KBs and KB Coaches like myself and drive business to others. Maybe we can speak on Skype. send me a message and we'll work it out.

  • hi i am using a 16kg bell but my wrists are hurting am i doing it wrong and help would be great and everyone elses bell on sites look bigger do i have the wrong bell,

  • love the way he does cleans... My knees are screwed up and it hurt having my feet too far apart. Anyone else with the problem... Who is not looking to compete... Try it. It works.

  • Some people prefer to be able to do athletic tasks or work over 'looking' like they are in shape. These types of exercises are not body building moves. Sounds like you would be better suited with body building exercises.

    I'm really not into building 'show muscles' but rather training for athleticism.

    I understand that this is not what the average person cares about.

  • I had shoulder pain for 15 years due to a football injury. A stress fracture, dislocation and ligamnent/tendon trauma. After 1 day of training with a baby 10kg kettlebell my pain is gone? Can anyone explain this phenomenon?

  • yes,its called the terminal bullshiting syndrome.

  • How long has the pain been gone? Sometimes exercise can temporarily stop pain.
