I live in the Dayton area and I've been looking at sustainable-living approaches for when I go to build my first house. I was just wondering how you guys got around zoning issues as well as how your house handles the extreme weather in Ohio (Hot, Humid Summers and Freezing, Snowy Winters). Thanks!
