The 3rd season has already started. The name is "BLACK LAGOON Roberta's Blood Trail". It is only in OVA form and has only 5 episodes. Two were already out, and the third one will come out in Jan 2011.

it came from using a chinese knockoff of the mauser pistol that had its chamber ejector placed on top, so that firing it traditionaly resulted in hot brass shooting straight up, then raining back down on the shooter.
