The song says

"when the ice begins to thaw/becomes the sea/you will see/how beautiful we can be"

as emilie is French maybe the accent makes her not pronounce so perfectly (though it gives her some cuteness in my opinion), but i think that the difference is clear by considering the word "begins"...if the song said "eyes" it would have said "begin". And also the last word of the verse is not flow, it's thaw and i don't know if eyes can thaw! (well metaphorically maybe).
