they are very effective moves, but in order for them 2 work your opponent has 2 be using some kind of style themselves. Better to use a shuriken than a 9mm because you cannot trase a shuriken.Also the shuriken just teaches you how to throw things with accuracy so you can throw it into their eyes and temporarily so you can get away.you probably already know that.

You can shoot someone in the eye with a silenced 9mm too. A bullet will actually go through the head. A shuriken will get stuck in the eye socket and the victim will be able to alert everyone.

It's as easy to make a 9mm less traceable as it is to make a shuriken less traceable.

But carrying a gun is not for pussies( I carry one.40 s&m) I'm not going to shoot someone just because I can or have the gun. Normal stuff like name and address, but the 4 Ninjutsu clubs that I emailed said they wanted me to join first before seeing the club and it was strictly members only and proof of a clean criminal record, A full medical check with no history of mental health issues and passport photos......I felt like I was applying for a job.....

I prefer a club where you can just watch and decide if you like it or not......

In krav maga we use a technique that is similar to the knife defense shown here. and the first thing that I teach my students in krav maga is what I said before: distance is your friend.But I agree with you better use proper technique and be well versed in its execution.
