thanks for sharing your soul with us...you know my son was very shy when young and I read a lot about over-coming it...and the one thing that stood out--was to 'make' yourself start talking to people--- every day go outside your comfort zone..and speak to a stranger...and then with time you realize it becomes easier..and easier....it worked for him ...he's not shy at all now... it's some people's nature--better to be too shy than too much 'attention seeking' type personality !
