You are god, this is impossible in KH1, i was level 100 with the ultimate weapon and i still had to stay on the ledges deflecting everything back at her with guarrd until donald and goofy got her to 1 health, then i just used fire

Wait, how did you get Ultima before fighting the Dragon??? You need Gale to synthesize some items before Ultima even shows up, and you can't even get Gale 'til near the end of the game.
