I'm not sure about the statistics, but based on what I have seen I agree with you. I have been discriminated against lots of times for being white. It sounds stupid, but I assure you it is true. And the white people stand around and do nothing because a black person will play the race card everytime. They know they can get away with it and most of them do it any time they get a chance.
