  • These were great days I remember we would travel to away games with Crown Coaches,Scotland Road lads with Home James,Bootle lads Lawrence Coaches,

    If away games were canceled we would return to Anfield,when players ran out they were amazed at the crowd.I remember 2 Liverpool Players also opened The Liverpool Rangers Club at the Star Club Dingle.

    and The Liverpool Loyalist Appreciation Society opened in the Sandon all had cards and would meet before Home Games with new songs to sing.

    Im bourne in 69 so I dont remember this, but about then my elder sisters taught me to love Liverpool, and I have since then. Lovely!!

  • Kop was the north side of anfield statium. It belonged to the most loyal and die-hard liverpool fans.

  • I was there that day ( along with 56,000 plus others ! ). Me and my brother had to queue for 2 hours on the cobbly way, but ****in' H***, was it worth it !! I get mixed up now as it was so long ago, but I think the 2 crunch games were Leeds on the Monday ( 2-0 ? ) and then a 0-0 draw with Leicester to seal it? Whatever, I'll never forget that day, thanks for this.
