These kids should be given to families instead of systems loading on all the paper work. Sure, there needs to be back ground checks and income requirements but other than that give the children to families that want them. Their are plenty of black and white families willing to take them in and add them to their families its not a problem but no the government wants to come and check in and monitor stuff to make sure things go the way some socialist thinks they should bull cramp.
