Hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Hello there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my father lost a ton of weight with it.
thanks so much. Just tried this with Pine Nuts - as that's the only thing I have and I didn't want to wait - it worked!!! Next experiment almonds and cashews! I LOVE this!
@laurenoliver23 For milks, I prefer to just do fresh nut or seed milks. I enjoy goat feta often, raw goat cheeses are better, but can be hard to find. I will even partake in organic dairy cheese on occasion. We can have flexibility in the diet and feel great, if we truly get the staple nutrients we need from plenty of fresh living vegetables, herbs, fruits, soaked seeds and nuts. Hope that's helpful:)
@lusterwings Thank you! We have lots of great stuff to share. Stay tuned. I start a live weekly show on ustream in a few weeks called Blythe RAW, lots of LIVE food demos and natural beauty tips, etc. So glad you appreciate the info!
@blythemetz How long have you been interested in raw food for? I would love to come support you on ustream, so if you send me a link, I will do it. You are a real inspiration for young and old women alike. I myself am 27 and it's great to know that a person like you is out there doing this, stepping up and educating people. That's worth more than all the gold in the world, and I seriously appreciate you.
@lusterwings I appreciate you too! it's a bummer I can't put links up here, I'll message you a link after the new show site is completed. Don't forget to eat and drink your greens! The Breakfast of Champions recipes of kale, pear, ginger, lemon, and water is a wonderful staple, you can make it with apple instead of pear too. Enjoy!
You rock! Aloha from Hawaii!! :D I just bought my 1st vitamix and my husband and I are always looking for new things to try out with it. Thanks so much for all the info!
@superamy14 Hi, I would use an organic vanilla extract, or cold pressed vanilla powder. Good question, some vanilla extracts are actually GMO corn arrangements, so buy organic extract. Enjoy.
I've done this without fruit, sweetener or flavoring-It is better than milk! Absolutely delicious in chai, cofee, oatmeal, alone, etc. (and I don't even like almonds all that much).
Blythe is so hot, that it's a pleasure to watch her videos, she is very informative and presentable. Thank you for making these videos, and keep beautiful! :)
I've just tried making almond milk, but when I soaked almonds for 12-24 hours and blended them, the milk tasted like it's a little bit sour or something like that, and after a few hours it completely turned sour, you could even see bubbles. I actually didin't "milk" the whole thing(I saw one recipe where it wasn't necessary). Perhaps you know what went wrong ? Thanks
There are a lot more nutrients in raw almonds. What you want is the enzymes, once the nut is roasted the enzymes are dead. Use raw nuts or seeds and soak them to release the enzymes inhibitors. This action makes the seed or nut "active" like its going to grow. There is a lot of power in a seed or nut that is sprouted. Have fun. Soak almonds overnight, rinse, then blend with purified water. Enjoy!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and intelligence and being sooo much fun to look at too. I've been told by other raw food people that your should skin soaked almonds as they contain toxins (arsenic?), I noticed you didn't - thoughts? Also is there any way to make nut milks last longer in the fridge? I find 3 days for hazelnut milk and it's over.
just soak them in purified water for 12-24 hours, and rinse them when the water gets cloudy. This releases the enzyme inhibitors, making the nut a living nut, as oppose to a dormant nut or seed. A living seed has a lot of energy! Enjoy!
Would cashews release pulp like almonds? I bought a jar and Im feeling mighty tempted...All type of nuts and seeds must be soaked, or are there exceptions?
Hi, I just wanted to respond by saying, yes dairy allergies can be extreme and noticeable as an allergy right away. But dairy allergies also so up in a variety of very subtle ways that people may not recognize as an allergy such as body order, body pimples, puffiness, bad breathe, poor digestion and others. But always follow your intuition, if dairy works for you, great, but notice the subtle things that happen in your body.. much love to you.
Thanks for the love!! yeah i do understand what u saying and myself my body doesnt like dairy!!what i meant was that allergy are normally called those ractions u might get immediatly after eating a certain food!!the others are intollerances!!of course they r important on the same level!! end of the day dairy products r made for cows or goats!!not humans!! spetially the pastorised one!! see u.
