His own free-range chickens--impressive. I do think that the salmonella comment was interesting because I was just thinking, he needed to wash his hands between handling the raw chicken and then the butter. I know it's a short segment but cross contamination is serious and kids need to know that. Awesome kids though, speaks with authority I like that.
