@freedomofabird I use hemp , spun poly / nylon and 4z and 6z nylon , it`s an excellent knot for spun poly , just a single knot is required it`s quick to tie , strong and won`t slip
@g0vqw Various places , mail order , web sites and game fairs , i have been making nets for over 30 years and have approx 50 needles ranging from 5 inch to 10 inch , take a look at " agouti nets " website , good range of twines and equipment and good prices too !

Do you always use hemp, or do you use other materials as well. I was just wondering whether that knot will hold spun poly. Good vid.

if you are going to make one though, use a measure thats wider than the needle, a mistake i found out , grrrr
