Nice. At last I get to watch how the famous Mont Saint Michel omelette is made. Still, I' d like a closeup of the final result to see how fluffy it actually is.

@jeopapas I've had once when I was a child, and I can say with confidence that I've yet to taste an omelette more fluffy and tasty than this.
