I like the way felix put his punches together. he had some great combinations but at the sametime they were very basic combinations which would have played right into Floyds defensive style, slipping punches on the inside and countering

He simply didn't have enough skills to handle superior technical fighters, just like de la Hoya. He always did look good against brawlers, just like de la Hoya. Remember that Hopkins was the underdog in that unification fight, not Trinidad.
