1) Get Camhack for Vice City(If your using Vista/7 find how to make it work on Vista/7)

2) Get Fraps and make it lag less

3) Get Sony Vegas

4) Get a trainer

then you just need to copy the things they do but do it in Vice City. Use Camhack for the cam angle. Fraps is the recording tool you need and a Trainer hack helps you do things easier. If your done with the scenes and edit it with Sony Vegas.
