HOw do I unlock a vodafone from italy that doesnt have a brand name on it...it looks like it could be a samsung

1) Turn off phone

2) Take out battery

3) Take out SIM card

4) Clean SIM card contact points with a soft cloth (ex: t-shirt)

5) Re-install SIM card

6) Re-install battery

7) Turn phone back on
