I had read that " Swaha " is a male word and women should not chant it ! Isit correct ? Is it Ok to chant this mantra ?

from what i heard namaha is both feminine and male and from the age of 28 or 30 i think you use swaha instead which is feminine. But both words are to be chanted by man and women. please correct me if this is wrong....
