I don't know how people can see J.R. is fat. I'd say looking pretty damn good for being 245-255 on a bulk. You're not supposed to be extremely cut, it's a bulk. Most people that walk around at that weight are just complete shit. You cannot compare natural, average lifters to ifbb pros.

@attykid91 well depends on what your goals are - but for simple example - I do about 3-4 days of cardio 15-20 minutes / interval style! typically stick with ellitpical and stair stepper!

People worry about sodium because 1. They may have high blood pressure through genetics or due to their past diet or body weight, and a high sodium diet with increase the risk of Hypertension. 2. Sodium increases water retained in the body and puts pressure on your heart if you consume too much sodium your increasing the chances of heart problems later on in your life. So basically, there is extremely good benefits of having a low sodium diet.

Jr I would like to thank you for all your inspiration and motivation. Your videos have helped me so much feeding me knowledge on what and when to eat. I started out at 340 and obese basically dying. Now I am at 276 pounds and on my way to 200. I love to excercise and eat right now. Just wanted to give you a shout out and thank you for all the motivation in the videos!

Hey man I really would appreciate your advice, I'm around 224 and we have pretty much the same type of meal setups, but I noticed you don't necessarily have a breakfast setup I do, would you just cut out amounts in your other meals? @attykid91 well depends on what your goals are - but for simple example - I do about 3-4 days of cardio 15-20 minutes / interval style! typically stick with ellitpical and stair stepper!

Nice video, only thing is, i would switch my meals up dude! i mean jeez, 3 of the SAME meals over and over again? i would feel rather depressed knowing im having the same thing, for the 3rd time today. No offense though bro, if i were you i would switch up your protein/carb sources. I know that you know there is MANY other ways to get those carbs and protein in, even those healthy fats too!
