@brkthedwn27 You should be able to play both with your fingers and a pick. The CKY's bassist uses a pick, so if you want it to sound right you should learn it that way too. Pick and fingers have two very distinct sounds on bass.

duff mckagan used a pick at all times. i'm not saying you should use a pick, i prefer my fingers. but theres nothing wrong with whichever way you play. in fact you should learn both. they give very different sounds.
