Pooper, I've read on the very newly added beta first impressions (compiled list of beta testers first responses to how the game is), and one of the main things was that the graphics look WAY better than they do in the videos. Apparently darkfall deves have been saying for years at release (the final build) the graphics are going to be WAY better than anyone has previously seen. And the beta testers confirmed it.!
Are you serious??? *Throws WoW in the trash* Darkfall, here I come. If the graphics are going to be even better I'm so playing. Its going to be eye-candy and Incredible gameplay at the same time? WOOT.
I'll admit, this game does look BA. But I wouldn't throw WoW in the trash just yet. The idea behind the game is great, no leveling, just skill grinding and everything. It better have great "end-game" pardon the term there. But since there is no levels and all there better be a damn good point to this game that would make me want to keep playing it besides grinding skills, building towns and killing players. Aside from building towns, I can kill players and grind in WoW ya get what I'm saying?

I'm still going to try this game, don't get me wrong. I guess you missed the point at what I was trying to get at. I'm all about PvP and I don't mind playing inside dungeons either, it's just I hope there's more of a variety of things to do in the game is all I'm saying. I'm not trying to be a WoW troll here as I'm a very open minded gamer here, I'm open to try games and explore other possibilities.
alright then ill list the things you can do to help you out: you have things called skills instead of levels and u can choose any group u want, u can even do hybrid types like armored magic caster, there are 500 of them about, theyre not a grindfest kinda thing theyre basically the idea that in real life the more you do something the better you get at it, which also gives the game alittle more goal... u can attack anybody including ur teammates, uve got naval warfare and u can destroy cities
I've heard that the game will be extremely challenging, but I can't wait to play it, mounted combat, clan cities, pirates, sweetness....graphics could use a tune-up but eh
The best MMO i ever played. Just try it. You can now do a one week trial for only 1 euro.

Darkfall is not for everyone, if you don't like it go back to WoW. You can have your shitty, non hardcore content there.

I'm saying the movements look a bit choppy and very repetitive kinda like wow, but maybe worse, wows movements were at least more fluid.

In WoW you get assholes, can you kill them anywhere and loot everything they own? No. In this game you can :)
The game's a sandbox game, you make your own way. Most new school MMOers struggle to understand how that works sadly.
