They're only drawings in a book of a theoretical "missing link" we haven't found the fossils of it yet.
the scientific community simply embraces the Darwin theory because they found it likely although not proven, that we evolved from a ape do to the fact that we share a lot of the genetic traits of a primate.
however 2% of our DNA is still unexplained
if we had found the missing link then that 2% would be explained

I think so too. It is possible that it is US in the future and going back in time. But the only problem there is, is that they can't change anything that happens now because it'll change the future and since if it is us they know what's going to happen but they can't do nothing about it.
