Stomach is yummy. I love buche and tripas (guts) YUM!!! They really are much better than they sound, but it's also a matter of what you are accustomed to eating. I know that when I go to American restaurants I hate getting medium rare steaks because they look bloody. What looks and tastes good to some people, looks and tastes unpleasant to others.

I shouldn't say this but I simply am compelled to say it because I love Mexico and it's diversity in terms of food. Mexican is my favourite. I don't mind tasting armadillo or mosquito eggs or insects anyday. Indian cuisine doesn't have insects, but does have the natural sauces exactly similar to Mexican sauces. Thanks DerfMik!
