    Second, parkour isn't about showing off. You can do it, fine, congrazt.

    Third if your so pro, why dont you upload a video showing a precision jump of 4, 5 metres or more? That easy enough for you? Never underestimate the basics, they can be actually quite hard if you increase the distance or height.

  • @aidb3 Depends on what you're trying to do. Each individual move in parkour is easy and almost anybody can do, the hard part is breaking old boundaries, building up courage to try bigger moves, and not training when you injure yourself xD

  • my friend is amazing at precisions, oa nd btw hey my other account is hardORjumpstylePICK2 and ive visited all these videos with this name but weve finally gotten around to making an actual freerunning only page on youtube so id ask you to please check it out and not to be discouraged by the stupidity of our first vdieo, it was 24 degrees when we filmed so we were a bit limited and cold, but ill be gettin a few ids up soon and well get alot more in spring and summer thanks guys :)

  • yeah the reason that happens is ur landing on the edge of the wall with ur toes on it, bending ur feet, it is painfull i do it some times. u need to work on landing

  • you might have jumped with too much force or wen u did your roll your ankle wz still taking the inpact

  • Precisions can be pretty tough. Jumping to a low or thin target can be pretty hard to land without slipping.

  • i fractured my nose 1 1/2 months ago doing a backflip and landed too close to the wall i was flipping from, then a week later i tore a muscle in my back. i've started to get back into the swing of freerunning, but still haven't been able to do my flips since, i have to wait for my back to heal completely before i push myself as hard as i did.

  • i suggest you youse a gym or at least some pillows .. when you do new stuff .. only when you master a sort of move is it safte to try anywhere else

  • practise, practise, practise. Muscles come with time. Every day go jump for about half an hour in your backyard orsumthing and try to improve your technique, try to land between your toes and your ball of the foot. (sorry for bad english)

  • jump rope is the easiest way to gain leg muscle fast ...you should try that.

  • Do lots of squats and stretch your legs for a good 15 minutes before and after doing them.

  • i try to land on the angle of the ledge like you say but i fall backwards.. why is that? cant i just land on the flat part?

  • dont push against it when u land at an angle, other wise your pusshing yourself back, thats part of the reason why you roll your feet forward, just balance yourself

  • your probably leaning back too much and like the guy under you said dont push against your landing point or your just pushing yourself off the wall just balance yourself on the wall

  • keep practising the same jump but put your feet slightly more on the wall every time you land. Slowly you will find a good part of your foot to land on. It's usually around the ball of your feet and your toes for most people, but it can vary. Peace out.

    Oh, and one for revearse, I just can't seem to get the rotation right, I can 360 alright, just not backwards.

  • Its alot to do with confidence but one tip would be for the monkey is look where your gonna land and lean forward a bit when you jump on the rail. This will help bring you hip parallel with your shoulders so you can bring your feet over the rail.
