There's an excellent downloadable version of Marble Madness called Rolling Madness 3D. Best of all it's free. Your only options for controllers are either to use the arrow keys or (much better) the mouse. This version doesn't support trackball or joystick controllers.

Doesn't anybody realize that this guy cheated? Examples: 0:51 - marble can't survive a fall that large And at 1:53 he went right through a bird. I've played this game and I know he can't cut corners and move like that. His marble moved passed the level perfectly. Xsniper90X points out yet another cheat of his at 2:12. There are plenty of legit game completions on youtube elsewhere.

I still have my Sega Genesis cartridge for this game.

This was a really fun game. I remember when I first played it when I was 1 or 2 at my neighbours' house. Their teenage sons playing this game and goofing off at the level at about 0:34 and one of them shouted "We stole their toy" and by their, he meant those green slinky things. It was funny for some reason.

Anyway, I recently found an open-source 3D clone of Marble Madness for the PC. It's called Trackballs if anyone's interested.
