I know one time a girl was trying to place fake eyelashes on but didn't have anymore glue for it so she used fake nail glue and accidentally got her eyelid glued shut!

i looked into it and there appears to be no real laws regarding piercings. you may want to call the shop and ask them. depending on which site is right, if you're 16 you just need id or youll need a parent there. sorry i cant be of more help :(
