Specific experiments - yes: purpose - to attempt to influence weather for GOOD reasons ie. cause rain instead of drought, or reduce intensity of storms. Also live in Europe and on clear days track/watch overflights. After tens of 1000s, never seen 1 single chemtrail + fuel dumping only once. Im tired of videos posted of normal contrails deceiving people who don't know any better into thinking they are looking at chemtrails. Someone needs to speak up.

what you are saying RE contrail videos, but on the other side of the coin, there ARE videos, of weather , the likes of which ive never seen, in 30 years of working on aircraft and sailing. As for specific purpose....the German/Dutch effort was NOT for good purposes, ie drought relief etc, it was for testing a new type of chaff, Aluminium and polymers Half of the plane you fly around in, has polymers, in the carbon, kevlar, paint etc.....THATS good for your health is it??

Whoever made and posted this video, real aviation people are laughing at you! This is a Boeing 777-200 of Asiana Airlines (South Korea) dumping fuel to avoid an overweight landing - absolutely nothing to do with US or any other military. Asiana operate passenger flights into San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago and JFK and cargo into Anchorage. Fuel is dumped to bring a plane back under its maximum landing weight if it needs to return again to its origin soon after take off.
