HHO is generated by the petrol being burnt. This is mixed with the fuel. This increases the fuel-air mix beyond what the emission control system will allow. At which point your car uses less fuel because it's running lean.

Even when battery is drained or your drawing 25 amps to make hydrogen its still a tiny percentage of the engine HP, like 2% or 3% of the total engine power which mostly is for moving the car forward.

Even a totally drained battery will not draw enough amps to reduce engine power by more that 2-3%, that's a fact. first of all an important point here! the electrical energy required to create the hydrogen and oxygen (and HHO) comes from the alternator via the battery which is always charging while the engine is running. As long as your battery is in good condition then you have tons of freely available electricity from the alternator that would otherwise not be used for anything other than to top up the battery. An alternator produces friction regardless of how much amps it pulls from the engine turning.

I thought of asking a person that looks to be amazed with the system. Initial testing of Water4Gas system gave me no extra kilometres. After putting it into another car (much newer)my kilometres were reduced from 15.4 L down to 10.5 L per 100 KM. Which is very good I guess. My big concern though with this is that for close to 250 KM, about half a litre of jar mixture was gone as well.

In this case, it's not so much education as it is pure common sense. This idea basically proposes that you can create an isolated system that generates its own energy - just add water! Does anyone know the volume of gas this generator produces per minute? If it's the water4gas generator then there should be a fairly consistent number of volume of HHO produced since it runs off a consistent 12 volt source and the concentration of electrolyte the system calls for should be the same for each generator. This concentration determines the amps drawn by the system. So, production of HHO should be fairly consistent for water4gas generators. Anyone know what the volume is per minute?

Almost right, but the hydrogen goes into the air intake and then mixes with the air that is conbusted with the fuel in the combustion chamber to make the fuel burn more efficiently, normally 80% of fuel is wasted as heat and noise and impurities. with the addition of a type of hydrogen called HHO the engine runs smoother and cleaner and cooler, so that the engine doesnt suck gasoline as quickly as demand is less and fuel is saved
