Father Dan was an extraordinary pastor. We were supremely blessed to have him. He does so much for his flock then anybody could imagine. We Love you Father!
I came across Fr. Dan over twenty years ago, when he was helping with my confirmation retreat at Mt St. Mary's. He was a total inspiration then and is now. God brought me back to the church by bringing Father Dan to Calvert. When I found he was the pastor at a church close to me, I called him. With a slap in the back of the head he had me back in church. He has continued to help me in my efforts to become closer to the lord. He of all priests deserve this award. Thanks Father Dan!!!!!!!!!!

@dmuir101 One has to be there to personally experience God's presence through Fr Dan. I have attended Mens Group and daily Mass, and retreats at Loyola and in Mexico and would not miss an opportunity to be closer to God. The Holy Spirit knows Fr Dan and Fr Dan is open to the Holy Spirit. His love of God is untiring.
