  • roadside is an option you can take if u took it a tow truck comes out and does it for u. if you opt out that's your choice the jack bending is a car problem not enterprise. and running over something and getting a flat happens to everyone get over it your dumb luck in a rental car try calling a wrecker or maybe getting aaa for these possible problems. if the tire was truly poor quality I gaurantee enterprise would make it right!

  • yes... it's their fault you got a flat tire. fool

  • Mmmmm an economist with a cowboy hat and misplaced anger. What a catch. I wanna see his wife videotape more of his struggles in life.

  • The jack was bending? That sounds like a manufacturer problem. Last time I checked enterprise didn't build cars. Way to complain about something uncontrollable. Cars break down all the time, get over it.

  • Love the comments he makes while trying to plug the flat. Lol

  • I hope avis is better....Should've driven on the flats and tell'em they're runflats :)

  • @Briggs1700 erac bought out avis a while ago.. good luck with that

  • Other rental car companies are booring. Where else will you have such adventures.

If you rent from them you have to watch your back.....

  • Which I did and they said I would have to get the car there myself before they could look at it. YOu have fun getting a car with 2/32's of tread with two flats from a dirt road 30 miles north of Lusk, WY to Rapid City, SD.

  • I use to work there...I had so many issues withc ustomers having car issues and the only option they had was to drive it to the next location. Some customers were in the middle of nowhere..." so the hell were they supposed to get to the next Enterprise?" I didn't get it...it sucks and I feel your pain.

  • Did enterprise give you a free rental.

  • I guess I wonder what the problem was that needing fixing?

    1. something in the tire is probably hard to see to start out with and could have gotten there after it was rented (not your fault but not Enterprise's either)

    2. If the jack was bending was that Enterprise's fault, the manufacturer or the operator?

  • I once got stranded working for Enterprise. I delivered a corporate car in the middle of nowhere and was never picked up! Waited 3 hours and called a taxi home.

I have since moved on to better things in life.

  • To all the Enterprise whores that keep making comments on this video

    1. The jack was BENDING when trying to repair a tire 250 miles ago. Faulty jack, not my fault.

    2. Unless Rapid City Enterprise had sent a tow or a repair, I was left to myself to get the car there.

    3. Yes, duly noted, tire still on car, VERY difficult to repair, EFFING TELL ME ABOUT IT. See comment #1 about the status of the jack.

    NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE
