i thought that this series is better than ANYTHING on American TV(yes, including seinfeld).. I finally found the entire box set on DVD.. prime stuff//
the things the guy is saying from 2:33 to 3:07, any average muslim would knw about it. I wonder who wrote this. Moses is the prophet mentioned more than 100 times in Qur'an by name. Jesus more than 20 times by name but Muhammad only about 4 times by name. Moses is the prophet presented over and over again in the Qur'an as an example for the Muslims to emulate.

I'm talking about MY good old days, not yours. I went to a private school in Prague and religion and race weren't an issue among our class until the last 3-4 years of high school (I finished High School last year - I'm neither muslim or jewish though, I just witnessed it)

Religion only divides if you're intolerant and shallow enough to let it do so. I am not Muslim but I have lots of Muslim, Christian (Protestant, Catholic etc), Hindu, Agnostic and Athiest friends. Religion unites people more than it divides as even people from different faiths can form bonds and develop a sense of fellowship. Don't be so narrow-minded. Religion has been scapegoated far too much for society's issues.

I think all people are equal, and in every race there are some bad people and some good people and some great people. And being Jewish doesn't make you "white" or whatever, black people can be Jewish too. There are "white" Muslims too (in Central Asia). But who cares? This labeling business does no one any good.

hi. it really seems the production is indian. You said "I think two of the comedians here are Hindu". All the cast may be indian, we don´t know which of the 6 indian religion they profess. Not all indians are hindu and there are many many muslims in India. I agree they probably are are all from India. The idea of the video is very funny. Should be a little longer.
No this is just one sketch that happened once and not a sign of what the whole show was like. And anyhow, watch "Yes Minister" that was after Monty Python, and ingenious.
@godexistsandrules I have, as well as "Yes Prime Minister". My dad is a huge fan of it. In my opinion it often tries to hard to be witty, but it has it's moment. You can't compare it to the sheer hilarity which is Monty Python. Anyway, many modern British comedies are neither witty nor funny and often involve Pakistanis.
Monty python had hit and miss.his ministry of funny walks wasn't clever. Most british comedy is not pakistani, and is not funny either.League of gentlemen, the fast show.. But it's unusual for a good comedy to appear. In America within the last 20 years theer isn't much either.. Seinfeld is great but very old. From time to time a great comedy appears, but it's rare in any country. And you don't get many great comedies.. just one or two over a long period.2D TV was quite good.
actually watching some 2D TV clips, some of it is pretty bad. A lot of comedy is hit and miss. You need to see just the good sketches . Fatpie is under some stupid illusion that this clip is to bring peace, he didn't post it for its comedy content. There were some very funny sketches on goodness gracious me too.
Nice British comedy and they have made comedys about all relgion like hindus sikhs etc.
The video should carry its own Title rather than Muslim boy converts to juadism but i think the uploader changed the name for more hits or for copyright issues and may be also their own reason for promoting something else.

While I think two of the comedians here are Hindu, the one playing the father is Muslim. The whole point of the comedy sketch is to promote peace between Muslims and Jews.
There's a similar sentiment in the movie "The Infidel". That movie has been accepted much better in Islamic countries than it has in Israel. Most Muslims seem to have understood the message better than you did.
I'm an Israeli Jew and I completely agree with this statement except on The Infidel. It wasn't "accepted" here because we never heard of it. I happened to hear of it from a Muslim British friend over the internet. Everyone I showed it to loved it and the message in it is well received. Religion only divides if you're intolerant and shallow enough to let it do so. I am not Muslim but I have lots of Muslim, Christian (Protestant, Catholic etc), Hindu, Agnostic and Athiest friends. Religion unites people more than it divides as even people from different faiths can form bonds and develop a sense of fellowship. Don't be so narrow-minded. Religion has been scapegoated far too much for society's issues.

You can't compare it to the sheer hilarity which is Monty Python. Anyway, many modern British comedies are neither witty nor funny and often involve Pakistanis.

While I think two of the comedians here are Hindu, the one playing the father is Muslim. The whole point of the comedy sketch is to promote peace between Muslims and Jews.
There's a similar sentiment in the movie "The Infidel". That movie has been accepted much better in Islamic countries than it has in Israel. Most Muslims seem to have understood the message better than you did.
