its near the capitol, on the left side[if you are facing the front of the capitol on congress]
if you know where the loading dock gap is, then it is like 50 feet away from there.
but if you face the capitol on congress, and take a left on w/e street that the capitol is on, then you go and take the first right, and go all the way, untill that road ends, and you should see it. that loading dock gap is right there as well.

yeah man, we do sometimes. Most of this crew is off in college so it's a more rare occasion, but we will still shred any chance we get.
