  • Crock of shit, go fuck yourself Landis you fucking bastard.

  • @sskinner99 Amateur track cyclists that are doing it for "fun" rather than money are less likely to try and break the rules than professionals with rich contracts, but there have been plenty of Olympic track cyclists that have been caught doping in the past. In the 80s, several Eastern Bloc pursuit riders were suspected of - or busted for - using steroids. Track cyclists would use DIFFERENT drugs to Tour riders, I suppose, as they are more interested in power (HGH, roids) than endurance (EPO).

  • Landis cheated, but so do 99.9% of all pro cyclists. Whether it's hitching a ride on the back of a team car or taking some "supplements", cheating is never going to stop, because the rewards for winning are far greater than the penalties for getting caught. As long as people are gonna earn money from competing, they will cheat. I wish I knew a solution that would really put an end to doping.

  • its not cheating. its just become part of sports.

  • steroidsR4losers

  • Floyd didn't even bother to convince people that he didn't use, instead he basically said that everybody is doping cause the UCI doesn't respect their basic rights so the athletes don't respect what the UCI is supposed to enforce

  • Amazing to look back in time with the knowledge of hindshight at how convincing someone can be when they are actually concealing their own doping history.

  • landis you lying little b1itch. as a cyclist i defended you and actually believed you were innocent. you suck and when you get to hell i hope the devil gives you a huffy and makes you climb ventoux twice a day, in the 150 degree heat! and 98% humudity! with a head wind! with two flat tires! with no saddle!!! you should have admitted like Millar and gone on with your life, but now your jealous of others success. maybe they cheated, maybe they didn't.

  • What some of you don't understand is that most pro athletes don't look at doping as doing anything wrong. To them its so normal.Lance is a doper and it will be proven.I believe Lemond.

  • Something about Floyd Landis i Like, i guess cause he's Humble

  • which almost all of u.s. postal did. floyd was the only one who got caught. actually he never did get caught on epo, just testosterone, which he didn't do. those are the facts, personally, i have respect for floyd, but thats just me

  • @hdansin what about hacking and the Lemond abuse stuff ?

I get that most competitors are using something though .

  • @SalviaSeatBelt i dont know too much about lemond, it was a long time ago and alot of the doping and stuff like that was in the dark.....I'm not sure what you mean by hacking

  • @hdansin . meant Landis bringing up the childhood abuse of Lemond . Also Landis's arrest warrant for data hacking a testing labs computer .

  • @SalviaSeatBelt eh, I don't really know too much about that..........as for floyd, he wasn't on steroids, but was on epo... which he is now trying to expose in pro cycling, thats all i know........

  • @hdansin yes. i dont often hear the word steroids in cycling today . some may say Landis is doing a bang up job of 'exposing' anything but his bad judgment . =/

  • @SalviaSeatBelt I think he's coming to grips with the fact that he screwed up. and now he's trying to show that he wasn't the only one. If you look at it from his point of view, he's the only one that got punished for what he did. and now he's trying to bring into public view the truth which is that pretty much every high level competitive cyclist during his era doped.

  • @SalviaSeatBelt well he's trying, I mean he's going up against Lance, who has enormous resources...Lance has huge sway in cycling and he'll do anything to defend his image.Whereas Floyd has a reputation albeit and unfairly given one, for being 'dishonest'....which he was and is now trying to change. Though he has had some success in getting fromer Postal teammates to admit like Frankie andreu.

  • too many people here talk about things they no nothing about.

floyd didn't admit to testosterone, which is what they had him on, he admitted to EPO, which is basically filling your blood with extra oxygen, making you perform better.

the only thing this does is raise your vo2 max, which is how much oxygen your blood can carry, at the time in 2006, pretty much every cyclist did epo, if you wanted to compete, you HAD to dope,

  • i hope greg lemond exposes dopestrong for the cheat he is.

dopestrong doped his way to 7 tour de france titles.

    fucking american cheat.

every american olympic gold medalist is a cheat, the list is too long to name.

america is the land of the corrupt and the cheats.

  • Retard!

  • i was at the champs elysees when he won and there was very little cheering, just an angry silence. the journalists in the french papers all knew and were seething. it was the same with armstrong.

  • this ASSHOLE lied - then took money from people for his defense before FINALLY 'fessing up - hope you die screaming ASSHOLE - but PAYBACK the money first!!!

  • Here you see a liar.

  • The rider is "expected" to tell the truth, Mr. Landis. You were caught and flat out lied about being caught, then proceeded to construct an elaborate smoke screen of obfuscation and denial over testing procedures and process, b4 finally coming clean . Disgraceful!

  • if floyd landis has been using drugs all his career and only caught after winning the tour, what does that say about the testing?

  • Floyd Landis = Cheater, Winner, Loser, Liar, Con Artist, and worst of all, Rat.

  • Such utter bullshit

  • "Hey let me sum it up, I'm a cheater, but I need to waste 5:22 mins of your time on some BS I've just made up"! Landis, you took American Cycling down another notch cheater.

  • This is so weird. Now he's confessing to it all. Lets ride bikes and forget about pros, don't buy products they endorse and don't watch their ego on TV. Just ride and be happy.

  • @pppaulo1 you are right, but i am afraid all this stuff will be water under the bridge and it will be the same shit, they will still get an audience for it regardless.

  • Landis is still taking drugs...ones that alter his memory. He has accused Armstrong of doping when Armstrong won the Tour de Suisse in 2002....Funny thing is though that Armstrong never won the Tour de Suisse in 2002...Floyd, you are a very strange man

  • A cheater always points the finger. He pulls this load of bs, then tries to accuse a champion, Armstrong, who has never tested positive despite the hatred and jealousy of people like Flloyd Landis. You want to win, train as hard as Lance. But dont complain, cheater.

  • No class!

  • buuuuuuuuuurn

  • I he on doping drugs now lol

  • EXCELLENT talk and point!

    great idea and i AGREE

there should be respect for law and law respect for law itself and for people as humans and people not subjects.

  • ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

  • After this clip finishes can you recall one thing on what Landis has said....I bloody can't! he just fills up 5mins with words.

  • Why does he bother with this shit? It's embarrassing. You got busted. Get over it.

  • He didn't cheat, he won and he is one of the rare athletes that really did win clean

  • keep on dreaming

  • @gbrylski lol

  • Testing agencies are in a catch 22 situation. They have to be secretive about some of their practices or potential cheaters will learn out to foilthem. But they also have to be transparent or no one will respect them.

  • i agree with him about the agencies, they are not being held accountable for their f!ckups. If they ruin an athletes reputation, for example, by leaking results, these useless bureaucrats should be getting fired.

  • what a loser

  • i cant help but think that if they ALL dope its not cheating. these guys are amazing athletes and do super human feats give em a break

  • they dont all dope

  • 90% of the pro tour dopes, and the 10% left over arn't the stars like Lance and Contador. The 10% is the bottom of each teams roster who get left off the line up for the important races.

  • The real problem with doping is the health related risks (a number of deaths have been recorded, as well as depression), and in my opinion the biggest problem is the juniors

How can up and coming amateurs join the pro tour? They are forced to dope just so they can keep up even if naturally they are faster

They arn't cheating each other, cuz everyone is on drugs. they are cheating the youth who are looking to get into the sport. It forces the youth to dope so they can ride at the same level.

  • That's the first time I've seen a positive dope test called an "allegation".

It's also the first time I've seen a disqualification described as a victory.

  • Floyd Landis is a big earred creep!

    I mean Cheat!!!!!!

  • anquetil, merckx, thenevet, fignon, indurain, riis, ulrich, and pantani just to name a few PROVED dopers

  • ///\\\///\\/

Summary execution of Lance follows, ultimate example of reduction of ability to see pieces of puzzle.

Armstrong like MARCO PANTANI or Jan Urllrich and Floyd Landis were or like Usain Bolt will be, they are ALL victims of a conspiracy set up by the illuminati, in control of WADA and most important. of the US and EU governments.

    Some goals are:

    - advance the BIG PHARMA agendas

    - terrorize citîzens

    - destroy natural sports (atletics, cycling)

    Google

    doping conspiracy Matt Marriott

  • oj simpson did it

  • Landis and Lance - 2 peas in a pod. Ones as bad as the other

  • u are stupid

  • i guess they just get obsessed with winning and would rather be a really good cheating rider then a fair average rider

  • What a load of shit . He is a cheat!!

  • @aobrien01

no he didn't cheat because every other athlete was taking illegal substances too.

so if everybody takes illegal substances the winner will still be the one who would be the winner without these substances.

  • @nokia3210fuck not everybody uses doping

  • @nokia3210fuck If everybody cheat yes but not everybody uses doping...

  • Landis? yEAH. Armstrong? No way he's doping. He's tested WAY to much.

  • research your stuff u dumn fuck

  • he didnt cheat how is it even possible to have clean test both sides of the none clean test drugs dont just disapear

  • a negative doping test doesn't prove anything. Bernhard Kohl has been a doper throughout his whole career and even though he has been tested more than 200 times, he has always been tested negative.

It is people like you who are responsible for this circus

  • How ironic

  • I just say one thing: Life suspention!!!!!! Jail and no one will ever use drugs:)

  • yerrr completely agreee

  • Some poeple don't understand how lance, and maby also floyd worked, they think doping is the reason the preform this wel.

If u train normally like any cyclist does u can preform your best a copple of times a year, let's say at 80% of your max

These guy train for only 1 thing a year, the rest doesn;t matter too them, they only have too be best in 1 period a year

They can give a full 100% in 1 singel race, maby even for 2 weeks or even 3 weeks.

I don;t say they didn;t use any dope;)

  • Too many double standards going on in sports, usually money grubbing related; cycling in this specific case. Floyd gets stripped of his Tour title yet Bjarne Riis who freely and openly admits he doped like a drunken sailor the year he won doesn't get stripped of his title, nor does the professional cycling team he now OWNS get disqualified from participating? What kind of bogus cr@p is that?

  • read his book its really good

im reading it now and i got a singed copy:)

  • Regardless of Landis did or did not do - book is worth reading - the way that anti-doping agencies handle the cases of accused atletes is outrageous.

  • Floyd get real you can't crack on the mountin then come back the very next day without drugs you arn't fooling anyone. Then again you can't ride 3000ks in 3 weeks without drugs. You just took to much in the one go and got caught which in turn brought shame on yourself and your country.

  • Wrong. I raced mountain bikes for years and you can have very good days after a bad day. The reason one has a bad day is because the body is busy recovering; which shows the next day when it's done recovering

  • No cyclist in his right mind would take steroids for only day in the middle of a major race, when he knows he's getting tested. It would give no performance boost since steroids need to be taken over time during training to have any real effect.

The samples tested the day before and after showed no abnormalities; the steroids would still be in his system and be detectable the following day too.

  • His test sample was essentially found to have been degraded or tampered with by the basis of the initial tests which are designed to find out whether the sample is even viable to be tested further.

  • And then there are the questions about the lab which seemed to know which samples belonged to who which is against the rules and the mistakes made with sample numbering and the "chain of custody."

Then there are the questions surrounding why the normal "due process" of how the athletes are supposed to be notified and how the organizations governing the sport proceed (i.e., not being "ambushed" only two days after the race with the news being leaked to the media instead of the "normal" process.

  • is he racing again?

i heard rock&republic is gonna pick him up

  • The old HealthNet team. No doubt he's already doping again.

  • "How can we prevent cheating"

By permenantly getting rid of people like you.

  • Comment removed

  • Oh yeah, and now he is APPEALING TO FEDERAL COURT.

He has wasted taxpayer dollars/TIME with his lying fraud through 3 courts.

And he is such an ignorant asshole he even threatens Sworn witnesses along the way like Pharmstrong.

The type of redneck, ignorant retards that support Roid-Landis are the ones that left hundreds of derrogatory messages on Greg Lemond's answering machine in Minnesota...

  • You wouldnt die in teh "Tour" you'd get dropped and time cut...

There is amateur and national level cat 1 racers using drugs to win races and simply be helpful to team at that low level. There is clean pros near the top as well. Maby Lance Pharmstrong would get his ass kicked by a lot of riders if he didnt take drugs...

  • I am not sure about Floyd, his book, though,is compelling. By the way barbixy, not all rider's dope. These are the elite and this makes it even worse when many or most do! People like you and I would die quickly in the tour, but these guys have training down to a science and their physiology is incredible, truly a gift!

  • Its been well known that professional cyclists ALL use drugs and have been using them for decades. The fact is, no one could even compete in the Tour if they weren't doping. Landis was made an example of, the testosterone test is like any test, it is prone to error and possibility of corruption. Many others were suspended and dropped from the teams for blood doping, not testosterone use.Its very unfortunate what happened to him, he's clearly a great athlete in spite of everything.

  • you got to be the most ignorant person. Fact lots of cyclist use drugs but for you to say that "all" cyclist use drugs its the most absurd thing to say. I do think floyd doped.

  • No need to get personally insulting, that is the action of the "ignorant". I should correct my statement. All COMPETITIVE cyclists use drugs. Otherwise they can't compete with the ones who are using. Hence, all the riders who get bounced every year out of the Tour. I've been riding since the early 80s, I follow the racing circuit, I follow the sport closely, I don't just go out on Saturday and ride 22 miles. LOL

  • barbixy: So have you ever entered a race and been a competitive cyclist yourself? If so you admit even you have doped correct? Or is it the fact that you can't keep up with other cyclist that brings you to your ridiculous statement that all COMPETITIVE cyclists must then have doped? Your statement reeks with contradiction, unless of course you doped yourself. Your statement is a common one among those to lazy to really train looking for an excuse built in denial.

  • One more thing, don't know if you've been paying attention, but there are participants in EVERY professional sport, who use performance enhancing drugs. Which forces everyone else to use them too, or be eliminated. Its not like what's happening in cycling is happening in a vacuum. They're just getting caught now is all.

  • Great video. Keep fighting Floyd! Pretty dark days, but when you know you're innocent, clearing your name is all you can do.

  • No hes not because he got done for drugs, thats the whole point isnt it, slightly hypocritical dont you think?

  • somebody please tell me why floyd landies is making a video called "What can Cycling do to Prevent Cheating?" somebody fill me in

  • Because he's a professional cyclist. Maybe you should actually watch the video.

  • Does anyone know if he's still moping?

  • Floyd Landis could be like the Frank Abagnale of cycling. Abagnale was a con artist who then helped the FBI catch con artists. Landis can help catch other drug cheats, put his vast doping knowledge to good use!

  • Then why doesnt he? Because stage racing is run on doping life science: bovine hemoglobin(cow blood), hemapure, packed blood, cortisteroids, Testo, hGh, Oxyglobin,PolyHeme, etc. If you arnt blood doping, have a fun time trying to hang for more than a few days, no matter how much talent you have........

WADA is a PR joke, they need the races to be fast for the TV ratings, the popularity, and the crashes. If they rolling at 20mph for 150miles like humans with human blood; it not much fun to watch

  • These Anti Doping agencies just go after big winners. They need to go after the rest of the field too. All their doing is taking the biggest shark out of the water, theres still 500,000 more sharks where that came from.

  • Proof positive that cheaters never win. Pun intended.

  • Landis is an idiot. Even they show he has synthetic testosterone, he still saying he didn't take it.

    He is a real idiot

  • He is the biggest cheat Toue de France has ever seen.

How can he talk on dopping?

  • No thats not true. All pros are on drugs. However, it makes huge changes in the body. Everybody responds differently to drugs just like everyone responds differently to training. When some people take steroids( tweaked versions of testosterone)they simply log water weight and feel terrible. Others gain massive amounts of strength and vertially no water retention. Blood doping is only useful if your natural heamatocrit level is below 49.5%.

  • Guilty as **** and how dumm to make this kind of statement, honest gov it wasnt me - honest

  • Doping experts say that a non-doping peleton top 10 wouldn't be very different than a "doped" top 10...

  • uomo di merda.... come i vari vinokourov, ullrich, basso, molti dei ciclisti degli anni '90 (zabel riis ecc....) FATE SCHIFO!!!!

  • All tour cyclist are pupre proffessionals and work VERY hard to stay on top.. but I also think that a lot of them use doping. The teams with the best doctors get the best result, this is a fact

  • Do you really think he would use testosteron in the tour? It's is so easy to track down and he knows he's gets doping control EVERY day. So why would he take doping in the tour? Nobody does that these times...

  • I knew immediately he was doping. He came back the next day after bonking very hard. That just isn't the way that the body responds to such abuse. Floyd got juiced up real good, because he bonked horribly and lost too much time. Floyd, it's called integrity. I'm also of Amish/Mennonite descent & certainly wish that Floyd could be a better example to our society.

  • have you ever ridin a bike profesionaly, probly not. So how would you know that he took somthing jackass. Just because sombody says your a jackass, I guess you are.

  • I've raced road and mountain, about sixty races. I was a messenger in SFO. I've 200 miles solo. I've ridden solo centuries two days in a row in under five hours, no aero bar, round trip from downtown Chicago and back, with traffic stoplights, under five hours. I was probably better than you'll ever dream of being and could pull you faster than you can ride. Like Floyd, I've got a bad hip and can't ride much anymore. It must suck to be a big mouth wheelsucker.

  • druggie

  • 100% of the Grand Tour riders are on drugs. He talks about standards and agencies not held to those standards. I say end the corruption and you end intances like this.

  • Landis = Cheater

  • he sucks.

  • you're ignorant.

  • Ok, you may be right, but i have the right to think it. anyway i think he doped, so what he is not important anyway. It's funny, i love cycling, so whatever.

  • but thats the problem..

    I love the sport too..

But it seems that the race is so corroput, that is is no longer a race between riders, but a fight between UCI the Tour Mangement and sponsors..

They decide who is going to win and who looses..

Prudhomme, maybe if you throw out enough riders you can get a french winner!!!

  • landis doped or not.. he ist still the tour de france winner...

  • not if he IS doped. get that!

  • i don`t think there has ever been a clean winner of le tour de france.

  • I still don't like Floyd Landis, he's a cheater.

  • I don't like you. You're a fool

  • I have been involved in the prosecution of criminals for over 20 years and I believe Landis is absolutely right. In my opinion the criminal courts would never convict Landis on the evidence I have heard. For a start the B sample should NEVER have been tested by the same lab.

  • Hi Sorry I think likelihood is he's not clean. You right, the evidecne not the same as in your criminal experience but this is not the same thing. Thanks for the debate, PS replied to your earlier post below

  • I don't like Floyd Landis.

  • I'm curious? When did you meet him? You sound just like my mum. She's always saying she doesn't like this actor or that actress and to my certain knowledge she hasn't met a single one of them! I don't know if you are a medical doctor but I hope I never get to be treated by anyone as irrational as you. You don't like him ipso facto he took drugs?

  • are u serious u fucking fagget

    2 things read the book

and Alberto Contador has never been accused maybe u should know your news better asswipe

  • What an unpleasant little man you are. There is a serious debate going on here that does not warrant the level of aggressive, innappropriate vittriol you display here. Go back to your comic books

  • I take it you are referring to me as an unpleasant little man? How exactly? If someone feels they have to go onto You Tube and say they don't like someone (Floyd Landis)then aren't the rest of us entitled to a rational explanation? Why shouldn't a criminal standard of proof apply to doping! If it isn't then you can hardly blame someone like Bettini refusing to give up a years salary if he has reservations about the testing process. Would you? I bloody well wouldn't!

  • He's dirty. Last Clean winner of the tour was probably Greg le Mond

  • Please can you tell us all what evidence you have to substantiate this allegation? LeMond was a world class whinger and wheel sucker. Give me a proper roadie like Fignon any day. Lemond wouldn't have beaten Fignon if he had used conventional bars - I always thought that was cheating!!

  • This is my opinion based on : the cheat admission of people like Ries: questions about others (remember Lance calling up Dr Ferrari when he was loosing time to Pantani?,why Rassmussen lied about his wearabouts; initials AC found on a bag ino Peurto and the fact that a lot of previous winners apart from Le mond have been strangely quiet about doping. I do agree he was a boring winne and used (legal) technology.

  • Classic strawman argument here.

  • Throughout history, many innocent men and women have been falsely accused of all sorts of wrongdoing. Time often exonerates their reputations; but even if it does not, the accused always has the inner comfort of knowing that s/he is in the right. Reputations and accusations are often revised, but Truth is unchanging.
