  • can anyone recommend a good blender? one that doesnt get stuck as it tries to blend? even frozen stuff? and has a secure top.. ? and that you think is a good

  • @ssips720 If you're willing to shell out the $, I recommend a Vitamix. Also, keep in mind that any blender, no matter how powerful, will get "stuck" if you are blending frozen items and don't put in the right amount of liquid to keep it moving.

  • I'm trying to become a vegan, but all of the food looked disgusting other than the strawberry/banana smoothie... And I don't have a blender.

  • Good video! Thanks :)

  • satinISsexy, & as of late our own urine has been used by some farmer's as fertilizer....someone missed the boat there me thinks. Seemingly there are a vast array of Vegans. It's all subjective.

  • isn't it grand we can get all these foods easy? I would never be able to eat bananas during a snowstorm 70, 100, 200 years ago if I did ot live where they grow.

  • kuwaizair, Canada is only 100 years old, so unless you were a "Native" to the land they were also not here b4 many of the "whites" or "explorers" moved into colder territory. So b4 we learned how to cook, we knew to eat Raw & we lived in tropical climates.

  • you dont have to eat meat to get vitamin B12 you can get it from mushrooms

  • everyone on here should watch the rawradianthealth channel and her discussion over her vitaminB12 deficiency.

  • @Blueyedblondeful if you listened to what Natasha said about her b12 difficiency you would see that she doesn't think a raw diet is wrong. She had health issues that caused her difficiency which had nothing to do with not eating animal products. Older people commonly have b12 issues as well and many of them eat meat of course. Do some research.

  • You might want to be careful with the packeted stevia. Unless you're eating stevia in its green powder form, it's highly processed and not much better for you than other sweeteners.

  • @foosbeast

stevi won't send you to the loo with incredible pain like aspartame and some of the sweeteners in atkins products. serious professionals eg Dr Sandra Cabot recommened stevia.

  • @Blueyedblondeful aspartame doesnt give me cramps, Im just saying it's not very good for you, and many professionals will back that up. Mind you professionals used to think smoking was good for asthma

  • what is sweet leaf?is it a substitution for sugar?

  • Brilliant! I have to say, you're gorgeous! :P

  • absolutely delicious looking day!! lol

  • If you eart the "80/10/10" way you will NEVER have to buy any enzymes, vitamin or mineral supplements, water, fiber, wild foods or superfoods. EVER! Get the book:

The 80/10/10 diet by Dr. Douglas Graham.

  • that's a lot of fattening food. I prefer a low fat raw vegan diet.

  • @leafgrrl No it's not. You should be really careful that you are eating enough calories everyday when you are on a raw food diet. Also, please be aware that eating disorders can sometimes hide behind 'extreme' diet choices (like being a raw foodist). Just be careful because it can be dangerous for your physical and mental health. :)

  • she must work at home or something 'cause she eats alot

  • Sorry but you look really unhealthy.

  • im a fruitatarain and icant stand veggies eww im vegan without veggie

  • By the way, India has the highest rate of vegetarianism in the world. They lead in heart disease too. You may feel better when going on a vegan or vegetarian diet. Of course you will feel better when you start thinking about what you eat and stop eating junk food. But, you can stop eating junk food and start eating a healthy diet that includes healthful meat, dairy and eggs and you will feel even better!!!! And, you'll live longer and your brain will work better.

  • @howtogetwell

agreed. junk to raw vegan is understandable but not a very good long term move. her diet looks low in zinc and iron and protein although i'm no nutritionist. She looks a bit too thin. I didn't know that India led in heart disease but anyway most serious naturopaths dismiss the myth that vegetarians have better health outcomes than healthy meat eaters.

  • @Blueyedblondeful welp first of all there is a HUGE difference between a vegetarian and a vegan and a raw vegan. all three of these lifestyles include not eating protein from animal sources...although some do keep dairy and fish and sea food in there diets. raw veganism is the most disciplined of the three lifestyles. by eating the least amount of processed foods possible by eating totally fresh and organic fruits, veggies, seeds, and nuts with absolutely nothing cooked and no meat.

  • @sinnerpeace

oh yes, it might all seem very healthy until you start experiencing mental health problems from B12 deficiency. Most raw vegans end up looking underweight, pale and spaced out. We need B vitamins, iron and zinc. We can't maintain mental health on salads only for dinner.

  • @Blueyedblondeful Because salads don't have b vitamins, iron, or zinc right? Because green leafy vegetables aren't loaded with iron, calcium, protein, and a plethora of other nutrients. Because our body doesn't naturally reproduce b12, and if it ever does need supplementation it's not like there is something called nutritional yeast which can easily provide someone with the very small amount of b12 RECOMENDED daily right? It's not like most people with b12 deficiency are NOT vegan. right? RIGHT?

  • @KelethianTheElf

    Omega3?

  • Comment removed

  • @Blueyedblondeful Milled flax seed/flax oil has omega 3. Also particular algae has omega 3, algae also seems to be the more reliable choice of the two. (it's where fish obtain omega 3 in the first place). What's interesting to me is although this is one of the nutrients which people often state is a problem in a vegan diet, most vegans that I know are sure to include plenty of omega 3 in their diet, whereas most non vegans that I know rarely consume the recomended value of omega 3.

  • @KelethianTheElf

flax is revolting. I can't imagine a more depressing dinner than a green algae smoothie with flax. I read it passes straight through anyway..are you falling for the marketing? I had salmon with asian spices on a green salad for dinner and that's not depressing. anyway, I bet you're male and therefore have no idea how much iron women need everyday and don't forget zinc. there is no way her day above has enough zinc.

  • @Blueyedblondeful spinach has a lot of zinc. and she clearly enjoys her dinner as depressing as it sounds to you. Someone who enjoys eating a large steak with mashed potatoes could say salmon and salad sounds like a depressing choice for dinner, it's all about perspective. Don't judge other people for what they clearly feel makes them happy and healthy

  • @foosbeast spinach is good on a sandwich, in place of lettus

  • @Blueyedblondeful i can see you really dont know your veggies and fruits!! nor your mineral and protein rich algaes such as spirulina.....which have almost twice the amount of protein that a steak does and more than enuff of the b vitamins to sustain whole populations for centuries and yes this means b12 and actually i have read studies that spirulina is one of the highest if not the highest sources of b12..so..u can survive without meat more than that u can thrive without meat!!

  • @sinnerpeace

I couldn't really afford enough spirulina to live off. I don't want to eat a lot of fruit. it will rot my teeth and give me candida and bloat me up. I avoid fruit. What about vitamin D? People are running deficient on that apparently. that comes from animal products. animal fat is good for hormone production and the brain isn't it? in fact, all this nutrition stuff is not as important for our health as keeping our hormones levels up. I now know!

  • @Blueyedblondeful Vitamin D comes from the sun, darling. Many people are deficient because everyone stays inside nowadays.

  • @Himekahorselover

really? well, I'm not sure as you don't list your nutritional qualifications on your profile. you don't list any. I assume you worked all this out playing SIMS. awesome.

  • @Blueyedblondeful I've read up on it on several, several books, whose authors have nutritional qualifications. Do your homework.

  • @Blueyedblondeful Yep, I avoid fruit almost totally, damn stuff makes my teeth ache and upsets my stomach.

  • Sorry to break the news to you but the coconut flakes in the photo are cooked to more than 212 degrees for more than 30 minutes. They are super cooked to remove the moisture to extend shelf life. (Per Edward and Sons Trading, the importer of this product) If if is packaged, it is not raw. In fact, in these days, if it comes from a grocery store it is not raw. It is pasteurized or nuked to extend shelf life.

  • are you getting all your calories, because you don't seem to eat much..

  • You don't eat much, probably under 1000 calories.

  • @norxcontacts a lot of people go on these diets to mask an eating disorder.

  • @mettabee oh? explain? (raw vegetarian of 40 yrs)

  • @norxcontacts in this day and age.. folks (plenty, including me... ) who have "sit down jobs" don't need that standard of 1200 to 1500 calories a day.. i spend too much of my time sitting.. only time i get to WALK or be active is going to work or a saturday, if i have the time.

  • @springloadedchicken Um The average person needs to eat somewhere between 1800 to 2500 calories a day... I'm male 6 ft 3 and I weigh 185 pounds.. i need to eat around 2,600 calories a day to maintain my weight.

  • Do you eat any carbs with your diet? I work out 6 days a week and use up quite alot of energy. Would steamed brown rice be excluded from this diet? and if so what carbs can be eaten. I think i would need to eat more than what you do

  • The best thing to do is half raw diet and half prcoessed (i dont meant cakes, pizza ect) but I eat a smoothie for breakfast of course(bann, straw, kiwi, oranges, peanutbutter, water),veg packed salad for dinner with tuna or chicken in it. Lemon water is very good for you, rasberry, blueberry mix for snacks or celery and organic peanut butter for protein, cottage cheese high in protein and raw veggies, meat for dinner. You have to mix some sort of protein! especially if you workout.

  • you are two skinny, u need to eat more!!!

  • @nixiboo69

I really don't think you need to worry about people being too skinny. Our standards of "skinny" are greatly distorted. I'm considered very skinny, and my BMI is almost exactly in the middle of the healthy range... 40% and rising of our population is overweight. That being said, it is possible to be TOO skinny, but looks can be deceiving :)

  • looks yummy

  • braggs liquid aminos isnt actually raw, they cook it in the concentrating process.

  • Try raw paleo

  • this is very low calorie, and has very little protein... ;P

  • I think what may be lacking is enough calories! While I appreciate your energy in raw foods, I would recommend reading Dr. Graham's 80-10-10 book

  • interesting!

    :)

    saludos

  • Seems like Vegans should become farmers or at the very least take up gardening. Seems like a pretty expensive lifestyle. What are the health risks to that diet?

  • @dawnofthedeadling too many but if you die happy then who cares I guess:P (im not a vegan btw)

  • You guys heard of breatharians? People who dont eat or drink?

Maybe we've had it wrong the whole time.

  • I wish I could follow this diet unfortunately in my country these types of things are very expensive and hard to get v.v specially seaweed which I love <3

  • Go to my channel & see a recent, extremely hard hitting interview on the absolute fraud & danger of vaccines -- & about a simple tool to viralize the truth about vaccines. The more people that know the truth, the harder it will be to force these vaccines on those of us that would rather put our trust in God, eating right, our own immune systems, natural remedies, faith & prayer -- rather than on Big Pharma & their veritable witches brews.

  • no big tasty with bacon?

  • Comment removed

  • Love the music, what is it??

  • Comment removed

  • What type of blender do you have? I can't afford a vita-mix or a blend-tec.

  • i stay wary of these deits. one women got killed from raw veganism & someone else's daughters had lots of abnormal health problems growing up raw vegan (stunted growth, holes in teeth)

  • @BellaaMarlene True, but millions of people grow up with or later develop debilitating diseases which are often caused by the Standard American Diet which relies heavily on animal foods and processed food products.

It's possible to be healthy or unhealthy on any diet, whether that be omnivorous, vegetarian, vegan, or raw food. That is true for both adults and children.

  • @BellaaMarlene I would like to read about where you got this information from if you wouldn't mind passing it on.

  • that looks absolutely disgusting

  • i am comtemplating a raw diet but where can i get natural sources of b-12 i know things like natural unpasterized fermented foods have them? hmm

  • @victoriaapple18 In 'Rawsome' by Brigitte Mars, she says "...eating small amounts of unwashed, organic fruits and vegetables provides all the B12 we need." check it out! it's an amazing book that first introduced me to raw foodism

  • Actually before you get on that line, vitamin b12 can only be taken with animal protein analouges; meaning it cannot be digested from plants. If you want to be a healthy vegan, you actually need to buy a vitamin b12 powder; which you should put in your shakes and drinks; otherwise I would imagine you would be deficient in it.

  • @hazard808 keyword, "unwashed." from the bacteria that are on the foods.

  • @hazard808 Vitamin B12 is produced by bacteria, which is in the food animals eat. That's why we get it from animal foods. But it used to be in our soil, too. Unfortunately modern farming practices have all but killed it out of the soil, and because of the pesticides and whatnot we feel the need to heavily wash our produce, further removing the bacteria.

Because of that, vegans SHOULD supplement B12, you're correct. But it's not a fault of the diet, rather one of modern society.

  • @rockindancer86 Incorrect, the human gut, unlike that of true herbivores provides insufficient bacterial fermentation to adequately utilize bacteria for B12. The only way to get enough of it would be to actually consume feces. No thanks. I'll just eat some meat.

  • rockindancer86, B12 & Vitamin D (sun) are the vitamins we don't get from foods, we do not get B12 from animals. EVERYONE SHOULD** supplement with B12. Please take a look at the book, "Could it be B12?" Written by Sally Pach ( a non Vegan, a non Vegetarian) Around 80% of the World has a B12 deficiency & only 0.05% of the World is Raw Vegan. Who woulda thunk it?

  • @rockindancer86 yeah, seconded.

  • I'm not a raw vegan, but definitely vegan.

  • I feel like you're not getting your daily calorie requirements.

  • your cup at :54 perplexes me. How do you set it down?

  • this is mine 7th month on raw food

  • Thanks for the great ideas.

  • mmm great video.I loved the song what its name?

  • : )

  • all this stuff is processed!

  • You are glowing! :D

  • I want go Thailand to my home. I eat fruits over there. Here in Germany it is cold and depressing. To live in Europe at winter is not easy. I used to live also in Siberia, former S.U. - 8 months winter without vegetables and fruits did not make me healthier. I feel so much better in Thailand, we eat a lot of fruits and healthy Thai food. Oleg

  • Are you sure the individually packaged "zevia" is raw??

Don't the individual ones have filler in it?

  • Hi!

I'm a vegan and i'm quite interested in raw vegan food.

Though, I must say I wonder where the protein is?

No sprout's or nuts or anything?

Good luck to you, I'm Looking forward to your reply...

  • great raw vegan sources include:

    hemp hearts

    walnuts

    spirulina

    fruits and veges

in fact, most people are convinced they need far more protein than they actually need and few people are aware that their bodies recycle protein. the meat and dairy industries have pushed the idea that protein and calcium are among the most important nutrients and can only be accessed via animal foods.

completely false. for more info message me.

    mars volta rules!

  • Raw Diet just seems like buying organic vegan food. The wealthy vegan's diet?

    I guess I don't get it.

  • not really. Sure it can be more expensive but It depends on what you're buying now. If you're the type of person who buys preboxed foods or just reheats things in the oven/microwave, you'll probably save money. If you make it all from scratch, you may spend a little more.

Personally for 3 people on the raw diet we spend 300-400 dollars a month.

But yes, some people get expensive on the raw diet. You could easily show at walmart though and be raw, check out my channel for an example.

  • oh i should also say, my grocery haul video on my channel is old. I'll be doing a new one in 2 weeks? sometime, thats more update.

  • @SethMair

The point is you don't cook anything, and you don't eat any fake meats or soy like a "normal" vegan would.

Any vegan who cares about the quality of their food will strive to buy organic, too. A raw food diet can actually be much cheaper than one including faux meats and cheeses, pasta, etc.

  • Comment removed

  • I don't know anything about this raw stuff, but I am pretty sure a structured vegan diet is more healthy than an omnivore diet.

  • Yeah well, you might be right....

If i was you, i would go and ask a doctor or a nutritionist ( with a Uni degree ) or a scientist if they think being vegan is a good idea....

You might be surprised what they say :o)

Peace, Prosperity and Joy to you :-)

  • All those things you name contains cholesterol which is bad for you. There are vegetables that contains the same nutritions as meat, egg and milk, but without the cholesterol and that also is more healthy for you in many other ways.

Plus, the whole industry of those animal products is hideous both against animals and the environment.

So why not choose if you can?

I hope you reconsider or at least that you stop think vegans are silly. Or perhaps you are ironic?

    Sorry for possibly bad english.

  • Great way to eat, Bless you

You may needs hemp hearts for omega 3's and a bit more protein. Almond mike is a vital addition and believe it or not two raw eggs a week will stave off any b12 issues. (they typically won't surface for 3 -20 years .just some ideas, We all learn together, Keep it up

  • what no protein like seeds or nut in a hole day i know spinich has protein

  • Ditch the salt!

  • Beauty Full! thanks 4 sharing the love

  • Because you're an ignorant ass. Probably a fat ass.

  • maranatha pasteurize their nuts, so it's not "raw". just letting you know if you're strict about that kinda stuff ;)

  • @cellulitelove thank you! same goes with all this "organics" craze... people are not studying closely enough.

  • Nice video.

Can someone please tell me how you can get enough iron in a diet like this please?

  • green-leafy vegetables

  • I would recommend using Organic fruits and vegetables. And preferably not the ones that come in bags, and if you do check the expiration date.

  • Yum. Thanks for the video.

  • I'm so glad I stumbled upon this b/c when I try and explain to people how I eat, they just look at me blankly.

I've been 75% raw vegan for over 6 months and this is th ebest I've felt in my entire life...thanks again for posting this!!

  • that probably means 75% raw, but ALL vegan, I'm guessing that's what that means anyway.

  • Thank you for the suggestions. I never thought of putting collard greens in a smoothie. Have never eaten them without steaming or boiling them and then spritzing with homemade hot sauce.

  • A salad for dinner///do you ever get hungry haha?

  • I really like the song on the video. Do you remember the name or the artist?

  • im want to go raw vegan, any tips?

  • check David Wolfe with google.

    Then just do it ;)

I was inspired by someone 2 years ago, tried and never stopped! The effects speak for themselves - have fun!

  • woman you are gorgeous! i'm going raw vegan too after being veggie for 2 and vegan for 1 year(s)

  • Everything you showed is great except the olive oil. Olive oil decreases your blood flow by 31% for about 6 hours. Thats longer than a cheeseburger & shake which only last 4. Still you are not really at risk of a heart attack because of your diet on a whole & the fact that you probably eat it with salad, which helps to reduce its affects. I would recommend you consider discontinuing or limiting its use. If you do use it id apply it with a sprayer as opposed to directly pouring it on food.

  • Very interesting, never heard that before but I will look it up.

Also, I agree with one comment about using organic, this is very important, and try to grow or go to the farmers market instead of bying in bags...

    Keep on the good work

  • Most don't know about it & just assume that because its something that's natural

its safe. Thing is, if you lived a life eating cheeseburgers and milkshakes & then ate a salad with olive oil thinking you are doing something good for your body it could very likely be the thing that lands you in the E.R. A good way to determine whether or not a food is good for your circulatory system is to find out about its immediate contributions to your blood. look up "food that kills" here on Youtube.

  • olive oil contains healthy fats and the GOOD cholesterol. Theres nothing wrong with it in moderation.

  • ...if it's not rancid. If it's not bought directly from the grower olive oil is often blended with other less expensive oils such as nut and seed oils without it being labeled. There have been many stories written about this. The New Yorker magazine published an excellent article about this a couple years ago - I'm sure it can be found online.

  • Okay .. may I interrupt? Everybody! Stop wasting time arguing and just eat and live. Raw vegan food is what made me say that--- and I do not ever have "egg" breath" -- I used to 40 years ago when I ate that crap.

  • a "yes-man" is a man who's motto is 'yes ma'am/sir'. i guess all the bacon has got to ur head or did u really not know what a yes-man is? well IDIOT being as i'd inadvertently adopted u, glad to help my ltl charity case frozen dinner microwaver omelet fryer face stuffer ;)

  • Respect my dear... ya look great bdw !

  • for breakfast id rather eat a nice t-bone steak, 4 or 5 eggs, a bunch of bacon, sausage, hash browns, and a cool glass of oj.

    i'm not hating though...

much respect to vegans. it must take a lot of personal strength to commit to eating the way you do.

    props.

  • yeah it does. ANYONE would 'rather' have eggs, bacon etc and etc like all of society but why when u can watch people down this things on youtube while relaxing n staying healthy. i looove watching folks on youtube tell me about their gyro or taco bell while i secretly watch in the background relaxing eating a mango ~ah~. not hating, it must take a lot of disrespect n personal weakness for you to actually give into and down all that crap.

  • if anyone is "giving in" it's you my friend....you're giving in to the vegan way of life...an ALTERNATIVE way of eating....and please dont disrespect food by calling it "crap" simply because you dont eat it...we are all entitled to living our lives however the hell we want to...

You can be healthy AND eat whatever you please...there just has to be a balance....oh wait just kidding...according to what youre saying ONLY VEGANS are healthy because they eat mangoes instead of scrambled eggs...my bad

  • aaah yes giving in to heavenly mangoes aah. i can call ur shit whatever i want to call it. i don't HAVE to respect your crap. what u gonna do eat me lol bich

  • you dont HAVE to do ANYTHING, but cmon its common sense...youre just being ignorant if youre saying that bullshit about not showing respect....

  • ever occur to u that it's not bullshit. maybe it's reaL. maybe taco bell IS crap. whether it is or isn't it's my opinion so have a lttl RESPECT beaaaach. oooo wait.. u'r a twat? *that's* why everyone was ignoring u oooh. now here i am woke ya twat a** up n now stuck in a "conversation" (NOT) with a twat!

  • Well...then you my friend are crap...it's my opinion so have a little RESPECT (and i quote you on that one)...hahaha

actually no... youre not crap, youre a DIPSHIT haha.

people like you need to stop being so close-minded.

...and i thought vegans were chill respectful people. i guess that teaches me not to assume things.

  • o shuddup egg salad. no one cares bout ur fucking lttl opinions *spit*

  • and how do you know that "no one cares about my opinions"???

    what makes you think this?

and my name isn't egg salad...haha...

  • well if anyone's giving IN it's YOU (and I quote). giving into the commercials. CONVENTIONAL MAINSTREAM COMMERCIAL eating. it's obvious no one cares. everyone is ignoring u except for me egg breathe! u'r my lttl charity case aw my lttl egg breathe salad muncher lol

  • By wearing clothes you are giving in....by working....by going to school....etc you are giving in to "CONVENTIONAL MAINSTREAM" as you call it....dude, you dont NEED to do any of the above...yet i'm sure you do/have done every single one of them.

It seems that you're just trying to come off as a badass by rebelling against society and not eating meat!!!...oooh youre so cool !!! haha you're an IDIOT!

Do it for yourself.. ..don't do it because you want to impress people and shit like that...cmon

  • o shuddup. BADASS o look at me! i love bacon! coming to a VEGAN post to say that ;D lolol my ltl charity case egg breath pedestrian mainstreamer UNcool ltl compliance non rebellious ltl yes man lol

  • haha could you explain that last portion of your statement?

from what I understand Im a charity case...who has egg breath....who crosses streets....whose an uncool mainstreamer....and im a "little yes man"?...wow im stumped on what this means hahaha...care to help?

  • Looks great, but mixing fruit with nut butters (that one isn't really raw, btw) isn't optimal for digestion and it looks like you need more fruit calories as opposed to calories from fat.

  • This food looks so bland, and it looks like you have substituted meals for smoothies.

  • Where would you get edible flowers?

  • I've seen them at many regular stores(in america) such as HEB Meijer and so on. But never at Wal mart.

  • i am vegan myself, and im not interested in going raw, but i do eat a few raw things.

the breakfast smoothie looked disgusting, but definately looked nutrtitous!

  • actually that would taste really good despite the color

  • I was so skeptical but made one to try and it's actually pretty good!

  • thanks for posting this, i am trying to improve my diet slowly. it helps to see what you eat in a day.

  • Looks yummy! Thanks for showing that us raw vegans don't just sit arount eating nuts and sticks all day!

  • Is it safe to eat raw sprouts? I heard stories about E.Coli and Salmonella food poisoning from eating them.

  • cool video

I just have one question: where do you get the stevia leaves from?

I check places but they don't have it

they only have the liquid ones or grain ones where I go

the only other thing I can do is grow my own, but I don't think I want to do that

  • The problem with salt is that is is TOXIC. So it doesn't get you to where you want to be in terms of great health. If you were stuck on an Island and only had sea water(which is salt diluted )You would die of dehydration. Our bodies hold water we get bloated b/c bodies take that extra water to dilute the toxic salt. I bloat/ sweat from salt .Natural salt in Tomatoes and Celery are enough for your body to get their minerals.Read 80/10/10 and The China Study. Eye opening!Stay low fat.

  • Thank you. I fully support this comment. Spinach, celery and the highest of them all - seaweed - have enough natural sodium as it is. Pink sea salt has natural minerals, table salt is the death of the devil. However, we should be seeking natural saltiness and sweetness in foods alone, not having to add a bunch of condiments. It only complicates things and disrespects the natural flavors of a whole food. Fruit is our sugar! veggies our sodium! If one can't eat a food in bulk - call it toxic.

  • DUDE , I FREAKING love GOJI BERRIES

  • can someone help...they saw raisins and goji berries or dried fruit are NOT raw- they are heated at around 200 degrees...is this true??

  • ive been raw vegan for 3 days woohoo lol ohh wow! but no seriously this is something thats done for life! and its what im planning to do i really like it- quick and easy and simple no cooking no mess less stress! :P

  • I have been a vegan for 3 hours now. o far I have had an apple some berries and a graham cracker.

Where can - I - get some of this "Gorgeous!" food?

Albertsons? Wal- Mart? some other health food store?

somebody please tell me. I really want to fall through with this.

  • u can get them anywhere- it just looks gorgeous cuz she was making things wit it and being creative =]

are u trying to go raw or just vegan?

health food stores are great like whole foods and just regular markets

  • I might go raw but I might go raw vegan most the time but I live in colorado and it gets cold here so once in a while I need to have something warm.

do health food stores have a better variety?

and where can I find a good list of fruits and veggies that I can eat an be nourished right? cause i know nothing of veggies now but i know tons about meat now which is why I wont be eating it any more.

  • I'm a raw vegan living in Chicago, and i know what you mean when you want something warm, but if not done correctly, you can kill essentail enzymes and all the goodness raw veggies ring. reaserch to see if there are any raw resturaunts in your area, and whole foods, if you have it, or other organic markets can usually cater to raw foods. they even have raw-e-o's! Yummy! Good luck!

  • yah I know all about the enzymes and stuff.

but Raw E O's where could I get these?

  • You don't need enzymez, your body produces them for a reason.
