@xXMethodKidXx No he wasn't. He wasn't in MVC1(Ryu changing into him doesn't count) or TVC. Those games showed you can have Ryu without Ken. There's absolutely no reason to have Ken over characters that are more requested and are much more unique. The only reason Ken was even in MVC2 was because Capcom just copied and pasted all the sprites from previous fighting games they did with Marvel.

Akuma looks beast in this game and his power shown in this vid proves he's not here to mess with his opponents. Insane speed and power, both his projectile attacks and his trademark Raging Demon looks and moves so sick and badass doing it, he'll be a favorite online if he's used properly.

Two epic matches I hope to see would be Akuma vs Dante and Akuma vs Wesker...words alone won't describe how epic it will be.

Now, CAPCOM, include Vergil Sparda and we'll have the dream game of the year.

I would have been more accepting of Akuma's inclusion if they didn't give him his version of the Shinku Hadoken and Shin Shoryuken. If they really wanted to differentiate him from Ryu they should have given him that ground pound super from SF3 3rd Strike and that new super they gave him in SSF4.

uhhh akuma does an airial haduken and one of his specials is shooting like 20 hadukens at once. Btw did you guys notice he has 4 hyper combos...wtf. 1: 20 hadukens, 2: purple super uppercuts, 3: laser haduken, 4: beat your ass in the blink of an eye attack. this game is breaking rules... akuma has 4 hypers...
