Canon 7d at 8 frames per second

Is it just as fast when shooting raw???

@mikeohanrahan Yes, it will shoot 8fps with RAW.

@mikeohanrahan it will be faster with RAW since the in camera Processor doesnt have to work on the image, but even in JPEG it will shoot just as fast since it has two digic IV processors

Is this the 50mm 1.8 II? If yes, is it a good one?

@mateyalive Yes, this is the Canon f1.8 II. This is a great lens for the price. I have taken a ton of amazing photos with it.  My only complaint is the build quality. Everything is plastic on this lens. If you had the extra cash I would go for the f1.4 if you were concerned with durability.
